Super helpful

Staff are super helpful and always communicate well at every stage of the process. Not all items are stocked but they are ordered promptly and sent as soon as possible. Thank you

Extorted and Manipulated by a A very unprofessional company that…

I have been receiving A very poor service for MANY YEARS but am being forced to put up and shut up to obtain Medicines that aren’t stocked in everyday pharmacies due to a very corrupt system. The Medical Cannabis Industry.
IPS are a very unprofessional company that manipulate Vulnerable patients like myself. Withholding your monies and your medicines deliberately.
Double charging you for services and trying to argue that they are within their rights as they processed your medicine twice in the same afternoon because their ordering systems are broken.
When threatened with further action IPS do a 360 and offer a partial refund only if I promise “not to take action” via FOI SAR Requests.
They ignore emails, they have insufficient staff to man phones so wait times are up to 2 hours.Then they fail to provide accurate postal information and refuse to assist when hundreds and hundreds of pounds worth of medicine goes missing with their courier, royal fail after all of this. I have spent days on phones, emails etc I am non the wiser and absolutely exhausted and drained.
I am sat with debilitating pain and no medicine due to bank holidays and incompetence from these charlatans.

IPS are Tying up the Medical Cannabis industry in knots providing inferior service as they THINK they own the market. Let’s see how the Regulators such as the CQC feel when I present my evidence of audio and paper trails of Extortion and manipulation. I fully intend on assisting other patients to Expose this racquet of a company moving forward. As they can’t be enabled and provided a platform to continuously harm sick and vulnerable people.

In my personal experience Black Market dealers have more Compassion and a much better service than the drug dealers in the white coats that fly under the radar at IPS pHARMa.

Wish i read the reviews before

Wish i read the reviews before, don't bother ordering outside your pharmacy the company is a total joke. 5 prescription messed up, took money for medication then didn't deliver it and doubled the price. Customer service does nothing, there all idiots AVOID!

Medication not Delivered yet again!

Numerous times now my medication has gone astray with Royal Mail which is the only choice we as patients have for delivery, I have had my medication confiscated by Royal mail and given to the police, I've had medication arrive days late and now I have medication that was supposed to be delivered today stuck in a postal centre over 100 miles away, there will be a serious medical issue at some point if they continue to fail there patients which will lead to a law suit and possibly a serious medical problem, especially for those with epilepsy.

Terrible customer service as all they do is gaslight you with clearly no intention of resolving any issues.

If you have a problem as noted by other reviewers you will not get any money back so I would advise using another more trustworthy provider.

Unprofessional and breach data.
I have conversation between other people where they have sent to my email. I had my medication not arrive and I complained and had no help even tho the signature is not mine and the photo of delivery my door is closed as in..
Im.not there.

They are Unprofessional as the breach data and confidentiality that's illegal btw. To share confidentiality emails from.one client to the next I have all there personal details . And they have still not respond to my medication not arriving. The emails are back and too and no out come. Im.now pulling the payment back from my credit card.

Terrible customer service and poor stock replenishment

I have had to phone them a few times because they are out of stock, every time the person on the phone can barely speak English, they dont seem to have any idea about their own products, either that or they just lie to try to get you to have what they've got in stock, lost all trust in this pharmacy

Careless and unempathetic

Absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy, who have left me without medication several times, but this time was the most careless and negligent. Instead of telling me in a timely manner that my prescription was not available, on a Friday, so I could resolve it before the weekend, they decided to wait until 4.45pm to tell me which was too late to sort out an alternative. They have issued a refund, but this won't come through for several days, so I am completely without medication for a whole weekend and have no money to get any alternatives. Absolutely disgusting and negligent behaviour for a pharmacy to do to a chronic pain patient.

Excellent customer service. Everything done quickly.

My clinic recently sent my entire prescription to IPS Pharma, and not to either my usual pharmacy or even to me. None of the products are in the low -income GAP discount scheme, so this was quite strange.

Weeks of hanging around not knowing what's happening had carried on, especially as the clinic themselves hadn't been answering their phone , until out of the blue I got an email from IPS Pharma: We have your prescription, got it today. Here's a payment link. Just like that. Job done. Very efficient!

I phoned them up, got through pretty much immediately. First bloke maybe needed more training because he told me a load of complete guff about the GAP scheme - just muddying things further. But I was able to phone a bit later and clear things up, got through immediately. The second customer service guy was very knowledgeable and extensively helpful.

One product was coming up on the IPS computer as out of stock but he was able to find it in the stock room alright, he explained the GAP scheme properly, he wasn't able to set me up with the IPS Portal as (said sheepishly) it isn't working and he's not sure when they will be fixing it. He sent an itemised invoice when requested, and he seemed quite exasperated (in agreement with me) that their system doesn't send them out in the first place because "obviously blind payment links aren't reassuring". He did this promptly. I didn't really have a specific use for this, but if anything was incorrect or missing I'd otherwise have had no way to show that the payment was for anything else.

So, this is why I am giving them 4 stars out of 5. Absolutely chuffed with their service and customer assistance, but they need to stump up for a software engineer to get their portal up and running again and could do with training the first phone guy about the GAP scheme.

Overall though, this seems like a great pharmacy.
