Schlechter geht es nicht. Fahrer wollte uns am 03.05.2026 für die Fahrt von Uelzen nach Lüchow kein Ticket ausstellen. Bezahlt haben wir 22,40. Nach unseren Drängen hat er uns ein Einzelticket für 8.20 für eine Person ausgestellt statt für 2 Personen. Warum bekommen wir kein Ticket und vor allem was passiert mit unserem Geld?

Es tut uns leid zu lesen, dass es bei deiner Fahrt von Uelzen nach Lüchow zu Unklarheiten rund um die Ticketausstellung gekommen ist. Auch wenn sich deine Bewertung nicht auf Irro Charter bezieht, sondern auf eine lokale Linienfahrt im Auftrag der LSE, nehmen wir dein Anliegen selbstverständlich ernst und haben den geschilderten Fall intern weitergeleitet.
Da diese Bewertung nicht unsere Charterleistungen betrifft, haben wir bei Trustpilot die Löschung beantragt. Unabhängig davon wird der Sachverhalt geprüft, damit nachvollzogen werden kann, was in dieser Situation passiert ist.

We had a PERFECT tour, 5 days in the Mosel, Germany. Our driver Ivan could not have been more efficient, helpful and kind. The bus was immaculate and beautifully driven. I have been on a lot of tours and I can’t remember one going more smoothly, from booking through to its conclusion.

Great service and good communication before and after.
The drivers were friendly and the bus was new and clean.
They also arranged for a luggage shuttle vehicle, as the bus could not go into the old town.

Great Company - Communicate Expectations
Communication, booking, and problem solving was all very professional, and I would recommend Irro Charter to anyone needing ground transportation. I booked Irro Charter on short notice for trips around Seville for a group of 19. With only one days notice the company performed perfectly. The driver was great bus new, clean, and very comfortable. Absolutely recommend!!

Our 5 hour ride with Irro Charters
The ride or transfer we used for about 5 hours for 15 of us was very comfortable and smooth! All went well and our mode of transportation was extremely nice! The driver was kind and courteous too!

We hired sprinters for 18 days during the Winter Olympics 2026 and the support from Irro charter was great. There were a few problems but they were always on top of it and dealt for us. We highly recommend Irro charter and we will continue using the service.
