I too have experienced ALL the things already mentioned in other customer reviews.
I ordered dungarees in July, they took ages to arrive, and Royal Mail delivery was not used. Frankly, nothing about the company or the product warrants even a 1 star rating.
They are dishonest, shamefully giving the impression of being a quality British company but instead turning out cheap, shapeless items made of poor quality materials that cannot even be ironed to remove the creases when checking the care label!
I did return my item to China at my cost (just over£9) , not as I assumed to London!
It was a very long, stressful process that has taken almost two months to be resolved.
Finally, I have a full refund.
I didn’t accept any of the discounts they offered, because I didn’t want them to benefit from a single penny. It was preferable to me to lose money paying postage.
In order to get rid of these scam traders, return the item. DON’T LET THEM CONTINUE TO MAKE ANY PROFIT CHURNING OUT THIS CHEAP UNWEARABLE RUBBISH FROM CHINA.

This is a Chinese company posing as a European one. Their website and marketing are designed to mislead.
Their dresses are enormous (I'm 5ft 10 and they go do down to my ankles), and they are made of cheap, scratchy material. Not fit for purpose.
Returns are prohibitive given the returns address in China.
Please AVOID. SCAM.

Very oversized dress, rubbish quality paper thin, and supposedly reduced from over £130 to £35. Currently, emailing back and forth and now very frustrated with their delay tactics for a requested full refund - just offering me 20% refund although I do get to keep the horrible dress though!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Agree with all other reviews,this company is rubbish.
Everything from China ,complete rubbish quality,fabric vile,fit absurd.
Do not even contemplate ordering from them !
As for returns and refund,as others have said ,don’t waste your effort,postage to China??just as well to write it off!

not even 1 star but I to wanted to review. absolute rubbish. I am, after numerous emails waiting for a 35% discount whereby they said I could keep the garments. they will be binned as soon as partial refund received. Shocking that they can mislead people this way. Delivery in UK by Royal Mail. NOT TRUE AND MISLEADING. How dare they make out they are a UK company.

This company looks remarkably like Elvie Rose of London which is no longer trading under that name and cannot be contacted.
The goods are absolute rubbish from China and can only be returned at a high postage cost. They promised a 20% refund without a return but it does not materialise. Avoid at all cost. Adverts are totally misleading and misrepresented. They should be taken down

So disappointed and disgusted with the quality of a boho jumpsuit I recently received. I wasn't in a hurry for the item and so the wait for the item wasn't a problem. Very misleading photos, the item looked nothing like the photo. Just so cheap and nasty. I decided not go down the route of trying to get a refund, due to the helpful comments from previous reviews - which I wished I had read before my purchase! Just totally wasted £35. As others have said - please do not buy from this company. Shameful!

All as already listed. Thought they were based in London! Ordered a pair of dungarees that did not have the advertised adjustable straps so no good for me at 5’9”. Cheap material. 4 weeks to arrive. Arguing now about a refund. Email after email. Have reported them to NCSC the governments cyber security organisation

Absolute crap! Dresses totally misrepresented, products received did not look like anything in the photo. Waited a month for delivery when received went straight to the charity shop. This website should be shut down.

Red Flag!! Doesn't let you use pay pal !! I use pay pal on all my online purchases it gives me assurance that everything is legit !! When asking to pay with PAY PAL it says use another payment source!!! BIG RED FLAG !!!

What a terrible mistake it was not to read the Trustpilot reviews about Isabel Lavigne before placing an order. Their advert shows a classy looking shop in London which does not exist. During many emails trying to get a refund I asked about the London shop and the response was "Regarding your question about London, we can confirm that Isabel Lavigne does not operate a physical retail shop or customer return location in London."
I ordered two dresses but the beige dress came in red and without any of the embellishments shown in the advert. The design on the blue dress that I ordered was so badly printed that it was unwearable, some printing fuzzy and some over printed, again the embellishments were missing.
After a month of asking for a reply-paid label and 100% refund, sending photos etc, I gave up and settled for a 50% refund and kept the dresses to send to the charity shop.

Reprted to trading standards - THIS IS A SCAM.
Not UK based, goods coming from China, consumer liable to pay return shipping fees to Asia.
Did a chargeback via my bank and got my money back.

I encourage everyone to take up a credit card dispute through your bank with this company. As stated they are trading fraudulently and need to be closed down. Quality and style is sadly lacking and returns are impossible.

The dress looked nothing like the picture. Awful cheap fabric and badly made. A total con. Took two weeks to arrive from China. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. The dress was reduced from £79 to £32. Not worth £32 let alone £79.

They have changed the company name from Sarah Emily Wear, to scam more customers. AI company in China. Rubbish fabric, awful design. No chance of a refund

Yes, similar experience to others here. Horrible dress grossly oversized, came from China. Only getting 20% refund and will be giving to a charity shop who will probably send off to be made into rags. This is nothing short of a scam

Agree with all the other reviews as had the same experience. Oversized dresses, extremely poor quality material and a nightmare company to deal with! Attempting to get a refund but slowly coming to the realisation I'll have to right this off.

Not a British Company!! Order took more than 2 weeks to arrive from China. Dungarees reduced from £100 to £35 in a sale. Rubbish quality, paper thin, nothing like the pictures. Went to return policy and only then noticed need to send picture and await return address to warehouse in Asia!! Followed procedure but still nothing heard in 10 days. Total con. DO NOT BUY - PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING.

If there was less than 1 star I would give it. I am in dispute. Under the consumer Rights Act I should get a full refund for items not as described. This is not happening. The website also claims free refunds. This is also not the case. I am being asked to pay for return to China. I had checked the company and it did seem ok. Do not purchase from them.

They pretend to be a London based designer fashion house but when you track your parcel it comes from China
I ordered dungarees that were supposed to be £100 in the sale reduced to £35.
They are of the cheapest quality with no designer labels and horrible cheap material.
I have been told it is probably a fake website run by BOTS and they don't really want the items back.
Return postage is probably more than the item is worth.
It's been nearly a month and l am still trying to get a refund. I might have to except a partial refund and put it down to experience .That's if l even get that.
Back to the high street in future
