I ordered a head band as a gift. Arrived without any tags so you cant be sure it wasn't used before and you cannot tell what material is it. Also the size is very small, more like for kids, not adults. I sent them an email and they responded that the head band fit everyone in their office (so in other words they try to say my head is too big), also I can check the material on the website. Seriously? I will return but they won't refund for original postage and return.

Isabel made a bespoke evening gown for my wedding. The gown was absolutely beautiful and much remarked upon by the other guests.

Velvet Hairbands arrived really quickly and they are beautiful and so comfortable. This is the first product I have been able to wear all day. Usually hair band dig into my head but not these so worth every penny!
