Yarn for the Soul Avis

A friend visiting the area of Warminster found the shop and saw a thread that I was looking for but couldn't find it to buy locally. She bought a couple of cakes of the thread for me, but I didn't have enough of the thread to finish the project. I rang the shop, I paid online for some further thread, and it was dispatched to me within 24hours of my call. Fab service - 5 star customer service!

What an absolutely lovely welcoming friendly yarn shop in the heart of warminster, Fantastic customer service, Always puts the customer first, and wonderful yarns and stock, If you love yarn then this is your shop 😊🧶 I would 💯 recommend!

Both in-person on a rare visit to England and online, customer service was great! Great selection!

This little gem of a yarn shop never fails to deliver top quality yarn. My recent purchase of custom dyed yarn was just what I wanted. There is also a wonderful selection of top quality branded yarns.

Excellent lady

Beautiful yarns in lovely colours

Very good experience all round, helpful service. Goods exceeded expectations and delivery was well organised and speedy

There was a lovely welcoming atmosphere in the shop and a wonderful selection to choose from. There are also knitted samples so you cam get an idea how yarns look when knitted up. I love going to this shop it's like an Alladins Cave full of hidden treasures and the owner is really helpful. There were also other crafts besides knitting and crochet. For example my husband does needle felting and found a lovely kit to keep himself busy!

Prompt delivery. Have to admit, I haven’t knitted with this yarn yet but expect to be of usual standard for WYS. Have ordered from Yarn for the Soul before and expect I will again…..can never have too much yarn 😉

Was a little delay because my payment hadn’t gone through which I hadn’t realised. Once I realised what was wrong the seller could not have been more helpful. The pattern looks lovely and appears quite easy to follow. Not started it yet but excited to do so. Great for using up scraps of wool.

Always friendly happy atmosphere. You are welcomed with a smile and a cuppa with cake. What's not to like. Katie is the perfect host.

The tin I ordered arrived very well packed and was in perfect condition and I am very pleased with my purchase and experience with Yarn for the Soul

This was a gift for my sister she's very happy with it. Delivery was fast

Always quick and efficient sevice when ordering online, Katie is always quick to respond to any queries and could not be more helpful. The products are always of the highest standard, especially the hand-dyed yarns which are always beautiful.

Great service from Katie. Also high quality and good selection of products Thank-you

I recently had a Gift Voucher purchased from this wonderful shop by a friend. Due to the distance away I visited the Online Store to choose what I could spend it on.
I bought some beautiful Wool and and a lovely Craft tin to house my needles, scissors, tape measures etc.
The parcel was beautifully wrapped and arrived in perfect condition.
I highly recommend this Shop for anyone in the area or even afar.

If I could give Yarn for the Soul 6 out of 5 I would! Everything about this yarn shop is fabulous, from the incredible range of gorgeous yarns to the wonderful owner Katie. It’s an absolute gem in the heart of Warminster.

Great evening with like minded friends. Looking forward to the next one!

Wonderfully stocked shop - it's a haven of little treasures! Katie is happy to share her vast knowledge and skill and as a beginner she has given me confidence in my first project. Offering lessons, advice & regular crafting community get togethers she really is a gem in the town.
