Just perfect. I couldn't find the latest Laine book anywhere in the UK, so asked Katie if she would be stocking it. My copy arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and I'm feeling terribly smug because I supported a small woman-owned business that deserves every success.

My Christmas shopping is now virtually complete! So many excellent quirky stocking fillers ordered. The website is easy to order from and as much as I’d like to get my order delivered, I’m collecting due to the craziness of the postal strike at present.
When I collect, I’m sure I’ll end up buying even more!

Absolutely, brilliant friendly customer service, needed some yarn for a project, was matched up with some very beautiful, reasonably priced merino yarn. One very happy customer.

Réponse de Yarn for the Soul
Hello, Your order was dispatched a while ago and is most probably sat in a sorting office somewhere due to the current situation with the postal strikes. I have not had any communication from you advising me that your parcel has not yet arrived.... and while it is in the postal system it is completely out of my hands. While I appreciate that this is irritating and frustrating (believe me, I share those feelings) leaving a one star review will now cause huge detriment to my business.
Highly recommend
Awesome service from a lovely lady. Everything came well packaged and sooner than expected. Will definitely shop here again

Best of all worlds - luxurious and budget friendly!
What a friendly, lovely fibre artist. Everything in the shop is reasonably priced and there's a good balance for budget yarns as well as luxury. Great choice of colours and fibre types. Lots of little extras available for every craft. I crochet, hubby knits and we've even tried our hand at spinning here with Katie and we enjoy visiting AND shopping online!
