Worst! Outright shameless company with a big name but worst attitude. I booked personal sightseeing travel for Athens for 9th May and paid full but nobody turned up. Instead they deliberately conveyed a group bus sightseeing internal order to their partner Key tours! Such a fraud company! I have all the proof of this.

We went to Liverpool for the day and booked online a bus tour, whilst I saw 2 of the buses in Albert Dock stationery selling tickets, I didn't in the 3 hours I was there see one move! Needless to say there was no tour! Refund? No they advised the service was running (What a joke, if I could give minus 5 I would!!!! Avoid these jokers!!!!! And have a walk instead.

Excellent platform for booking! Had a great experience on the Hop on Hop off trip in London.Very convenient, well organised and covered all major attractions. A perfect way to explore the city.

Very bad experience, I would not recommending booking anything with this company. Just use a local bus and get on and off yourself for next to nothing.

Avoid using this company. Horrific to Mon existent customer service and no care for their customers. We purchased two tickets that we could not use. Waited over an hour for a bus that never came despite advertising them coming every 15 minutes. after sending an email of complaint asking for our money back they told us the driver and staff were informing customers of a road closure BUT we had not got on a bus to even be told this. They also said it was advertised on their website but when asked to provide evidence of where it was written on their website they couldn’t. There was no sign at the stop saying it was closed we provided photo evidence of this. We sat in a gutter for over an hour in 35 degree heat with a 7 month old waiting for a promised service that never arrived. Disgusting service. Disgusting company who engages in fraud. Avoid avoid avoid. Happy to take your money and then have no soul no cares towards customers even if their service couldn’t be used. DO NOT BUY!!

They scam in very tricky way. I thought that I was booking from official city tour bus from Edinburgh as their website was disguised as being city tour bus company. I processed the payment and the payment was taken under the name of Isango. When I show the voucher to the driver. He said it's not their company. I immediately realised that I have been scammed. It was just £18 but I ruined my whole day and missed city tour shorting out this problem. Be careful with this link while making any booking. It's scam. Reported to Bank to put them in blacklist for future transaction so that no more victims.

I have never ordered or worked with this company in UK which just took 2 payments on my account under 100€ each. I reported this to my bank and to the Police in UK with an online fraud declaration.

Isango Travel Limited attempted to take an unauthorised payment from my account. Never heard of this company before.

Have taken two payments just under £50 from my account yet I have never even heard of the company. the fact the payments are for under £50 shows its fraudulent as below 50 i don't have to verify the transactions. Called the company and no way of speaking to anyone. They've literally stolen £100 from me. i will be reporting as fraud as soon as the transactions clear and will report to the Police if my email isnt answered. Just to add, after TrustPilot removed then reinstated my review, my bank said this was a fraudulent transaction and gave me my money back which says it all really.

We booked for the Blue Lagoon in Iceland with transfer from our hotel.They were no instructions about the pick up service so the we missed the bus.After several phone calls with the Reykiavik Excursions that was organising the tour we arrange a pick up after 2 hours.We lost the entire morning because of this lack of information.They expected us to stand in the freezing cold in thr rain with 2 kids in order for the bus to see us and they sent nothing about how the bus will look like.We went several tours booked from another site(thank god) and everything went smoothly.The only tour that we booked from Isango went wrong!Higly recommended to visit Blue Lagoon but book it from another site.

I was at the Colosseum looking for tickets to get inside. Came across this website which claimed that the time slot they offer matched my schedule so I purchased some tickets. We ended up waiting at the gate for a long time waiting for the email but nothing came in. We then had to purchase new tickets from a different site which were cheaper and we received an instant QR code to get in. AVOID ISANGO AT ALL COSTS THEY LIED ON THEIR SITE ABOUT THE AVAILABILITY AND THEY OVERCHARGE YOU

I booked for the Colosseum Ticket General. Unfortunately, I did not receive the confirmation email with the downloadable voucher link within the specified 24-48 hours and this company ruined my plan in ROME. WORST !!!!!

Landed on their site from Google looking for "hop on hop off" bus in Barcelona. Site looks like you are booking with the actual operator.
Booked two tickets but then discovered I had tickets for a different operator to all my friends that was travelling with. Only then discovered that they are just an agent and sell for both bus companies operating in Barcelona.

Had to then buy tickets for the other company leaving me £50 out of pocket. Requested they refunded the tickets bought for other tour as wasn't cancelled - they actually made two sales for the same book. They have point blank refused.

Would never use again and would advise against others doing so.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They sold us a fake ticket to the Prague castle. We went to the tour company they claim to partner with to grab our tickets and the company has never even heard of this third party provider and has no record of our ticket. We waited 30 min for tour company to call headquarters before they confirmed that this was not a valid ticket. Don’t risk it.

Booked two adult tickets for a shuttle bus transfer from Paris center (Bercy village) to Disneyland, followed all the instructions including the address they said to meet at where a representative would be waiting with a sign at 9am but we waited until almost 9:30 and no one showed up, none of the contact numbers worked and it was not obvious where the bus would stop
We were forced to pay for an Uber to Disney because we were already late and missing time we should’ve spent in the park!
WORST COMPANY EVER ruined the morning of a day we were looking forward to for so long!!!!!! Don’t book with them!!!!

Sold us tickets to a bus that was overcrowded with only standing room available. We got off the bus but they refused a refund. Awful service

Buy from official websites, so you can avoid disappointment .
