Ischia Review Avis 

Don’t think twice about it! I had a smooth transfer from the Naples train station to Ischia. My train arrived an hour late and my driver was there waiting for me. When I arrived in Ischia the driver was waiting to get me to my hotel. I definitely recommend Ischia Review.

We arranged a private transfer from Naples airport to our accommodation on Ischia. This involved a driver from Naples airport to the ferry terminal, arrangement of ferry tickets, and another driver from ischia ferry terminal to our accommodation on the island. It was extremely easy to arrange with Ischia Review; they were very prompt in their responses and were happy to meet all of our requests and specifications including providing car seats for our 2 year old son. The transfer worked perfectly with the drivers ready and waiting for us each time. It made the transfers completely stress free which was very much appreciated when travelling to a new place with a toddler. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again next time we visit Ischia.

Best Boat tour experience! I did so much research prior to booking this, and I couldn't have been happier! The boat was very nice and super clean. The captain was attentive, informative and highly skilled. He was young but he was fabulous! The tour around the entire island was wonderful! I highly recommend them! We brought our own Prosecco and wine (and plastic glasses) but they had assorted beverages (beer, water, etc.) We stopped for lunch in Forio which was very nice as well. Thank you for a fantastic day! It truly was a highlight of our entire trip!

We have used Ischia Review Transfers to organise our transfers from Naples to ischia ( and return) for many years. The service we have received has always been exceptional.

We are greeted at Naples Airport and enjoy transport to the Port in a Mercedes or comparable vehicle. We are looked after at the Port with tickets provided and are then escorted to where our Ferry departs. We are then met at Ischia Port and transported seamlessly to our accommodation. All staff involved are incredibly friendly, polite and very helpful.

All communication with Ischia Review Transfers is always very responsive and knowledgeable.

On one occasion in previous years we experienced bad weather in Ischia and Ischia Review Transfers contacted us by phone to arrange an earlier taxi pick up and alternative ferry tickets as the Hydrofoil had been cancelled.

We wouldn't consider travelling to Ischia without using Ischia Review Transfers. We can recommend them as being 100% reliable - they make transportation to and from your holiday an absolute pleasure. You can completely trust this service.

Was quoted 90 eur for transfer from Naples to Ischia, but was charged 150. When I complained I was told the 60eur would be refunded on the return leg. Foolishly I booked that, in the hope of recovering the lost money. Only to be charged 150 again. So what should have cost me 180 eur return, ended up costing 300.
Will not use this company again

Dion and his team were superb. We used them for a Transfer from Naples Airport to our Hotel La Madonnina in Ischia. Superb service. Quick and I would recommend the Hydrofoil over the ferry as its twice a quick and more regular.

This is the best way to transfer when visiting Italy! Prompt communication, reasonable prices and exceptional service from everyone involved. Ischia Review made both of our transfers easy and seamless. The people and vehicles were wonderful! They navigated the often confusing port in Naples with no issues. I will definitely be recommending them and using them the next time we travel to Italy.

"Ischia Review" was excellent! WE received timely emails from our contact person- Dion. Kept us up to date on transfers- prior to pick up, email verifying pick up time, location, driver's name and phone.
Drivers were excellent- another helpful perk- pick up at Naples Airport (very busy there) and transport to ferry- driver even goes to ticket office for you, gets tickets, explains next steps- very helpful!!!

Nancy and I have longed to vacation in Italy but the difficult part was choosing where to go and what to do. I had been to Italy a few years earlier on a Mediterranean cruise and visited the key cities and enjoyed it a lot but we were looking for something more relaxing. Thankfully a family member had mentioned Ischia Island and we did our research. It was somewhat daunting when trying to coordinate flights to Rome, taking the rail to Naples, catching a ferry to Ischia and then finding how to get to our final destination. While doing our research we happened upon Ischia Review on line and all the answers were there. Not only did it coordinate our arrival and departure but their site offered and endless list of things to do, sites to see and places to dine. So I immediately emailed them and I received a quick response from Dion Protani. I had so many questions about connecting trains and ferries and Dion offered me the best advice and service that we could have asked for. All he needed to know from us was what day and time our flight was arriving in Rome and what day and time our flight was leaving. He took care of everything else. Peppe our driver who met us in Naples was waiting for us and quickly got us to the pier and then he hurried to get our tickets for the ride to Ischia. Once there another driver met us and took us immediately to our final destination. The same on the way back. The driver met us at our villa on the final day, got us to the pier for our ride to Naples and already had the ferry tickets for us. Ischia Review has a great staff and their website offers a lot of information. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I enquired about a transfer from Ischia to Praiano and Dion from Ischia Review delivered a flawless experience. His attention to detail was simply amazing. From pickup at our Ischia hotel, transporting our luggage, providing ferry tickets to Napoli and arranging a private driver to Praiano everything was absolutely perfect. Incredibly efficient company that made sure our trip to Ischia was a breeze. Dion and his fabulous staff at Ischia Review took the daunting task of planning various modes of transportation to and from Ischia and Naples airport and made it an stress-free enjoyable visit! We were met at the airport and transported to the ferry dock, handed our ferry tickets, and driven to our villa upon arrival on Ischia. The drivers were professional and courteous! We used Ischia Review for two different services. We had them pick us up at the Naples Train Station, provide transport to the ferry dock, purchase our tickets and then meet the ferry on Ischia and take us to our hotel. Not knowing Naples and the ferry system, booking this service for what we felt was a reasonable price took a lot of stress out of our day.

We also booked a full day boat tour of Ischia with a captain. Mario was our captain and was knowledgeable and personable. He made sure to linger so I could take the best pictures with my camera. A highlight was lunch at a waterfront restaurant where the restaurant sent a small boat to our boat to take us into the dock. Fabulous food, pleasant wait staff and an amazing view.

Ischia review (Dion) handled our private boat trip service in a professional manner. Our skipper was sick on the day we booked. However Dion organized a slightly bigger boat free of charge on another day of our choosing. Excellent customer service!

I booked a private boat tour for our party of 8 people and we had the most amazing day out with Ischia Review. I booked through Dion Protani and communication was excellent.
We spent the whole day boating around the whole island of Ischia with our skipper Luigi and our very knowledgeable guide Peter. The day was very flexible, we swam in the most beautiful clear waters off the boat, experienced swimming in a beautiful green cave (guided by Luigi), lunched at an authentic restaurant with delicious food along the way (Il Pirate), experienced swimming in hot natural springs and stopped in Sant Angelo to explore.
The boat supplied, towels, snorkeling equipment and refreshments and snacks all day.
For our 2 families travelling together, we all agreed how much we enjoyed our day and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We chose the Gozzo Perseo boat - the largest and there was more than plenty room for everyone.

We used Ischia Review to organise transfers for us from Naples Airport to our hotel in Ischia and vice versa.

Everything went extremely smoothly for a very fair price, with communication through excellent English.

When we arrived at Naples Airport a driver was waiting in Arrivals with our name on a piece of paper, despite the fact that a storm had caused our flight to be delayed by an hour. He drove us to Naples port and bought fast ferry tickets for us, all the while sheltering us from the rain with his umbrella. When we got to Ischia we were picked up by another driver and brought to our hotel.

The return journey went just as smoothly, with timely pickup at our hotel. The only difference was that the return journey also involved a porter at Ischia port who helped us with baggage.

All the drivers were friendly and helpful.

Having one company organise four drivers and two ferry rides made everything much easier than doing it ourselves, particularly on the arrival day when the storms had caused chaos in Naples.
