Excellent purchase with very prompt response. Shipping from interstate with TNT took less than 2 days from online purchase to delivery, at the busiest time of year..... delivery on Christmas eve.😄

It is expected the customer monitors the delivery events on the couriers website and liaises with the transport company directly for any specific requests to delivery date. It is disappointing to read your review considering iShopTech has provided you with consistent support with all of your concerns and spoke to you only moments prior to this review. As we recall, the day after you had placed your order with iShopTech you attempted to cancel the order whereby it had already been processed and you did not wish to accept the cancellation fee. Once you received your order you contacted iShopTech informing us the video card was faulty. An approved Return Authorisation was provided to you to have the faulty video card sent back and inspected by the Manufacturer under warranty. As explained to you, upon the Manufacturer confirming the product is faulty, a brand new replacement video card would be shipped to you. We await your order to be sent back to us for processing under a warranty claim with the Manufacturer.

Good TV & seller, pity price reduction not passed on..
Good Tv, good seller, but price dropped $65 on their website for it between purchase online and before delivery to my home - I would have appreciated it if company had reflected this and given equivalent refund to myself. That would make me much more likely to trust, use them again, or suggest to friends and work contacts.
Delivery delayed by a day or 2, as their delivery company, TNT Australis, had my wrong telephone number - despite it clearly being correct on a copy of iShop’s invoice emailed to me - don’t know what happened there?
