I preorder the new Samsung HW-Q950Tfrom JB but I was let down as they could not deliver so I had to ask for my refund a week after the release date. then by searching on the net I found IShopTech selling it and the total cost including the delivery was 400 dollars cheaper that the price I paid for preorder. The delivery was very fast considering that we are in a covid-19 period it took just 3days from Melbourne to Brisbane and the customer service team was updating me always on the progress of my order. I totally recommend people to have a look at this online shop as they are on top of their game. I will never hesitate to buy from them again as I know they are hassle free. and the Item received is just great
