There is a person called Andrew who works in this company. Positive energy kept on charging me loads of monney . When i call them , they never answer . This is such a scam . Please so not apply with that rubbish company

Repeated cold calling. For years now we have had various people calling offering to "help". Despite telling them we are not interested and have no requirement for their assistance they continue to harass and waste our time.

I would strongly advise to avoid at all costs, you will inundated with calls and harassment.

Since posting I have had daily calls trying to contact myself, rude to my colleagues when they wont put the calls through.

Their generic response:

"Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. Please email us at .......... with some further details, and we’ll be happy to look into this and assist you further."

Why would I give my email address to someone who calls constantly!!

Repeated cold-calling with actually quite aggressive approaches. Will not accept that they can't just call and be put through to the person in charge and despite being asked not to call again keep on doing so with very pushy and sometimes rude tactics, somewhat bullying staff. Even if legit, would not consider using a company who's approach is to bully.

Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. Shaun Ramsay, was happy, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. Their customer care was outstanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A company that truly values its customers.

Anthony and Ronnie were really good to deal with, explaining anything I was unsure about and can always be reached by phone or email. I felt they really were looking out for us. I would recommend these guys at IUA.

The guys I dealt with Seamus and Jack explained everything to me. They explained issues with my current contract and why it was not the best fit for my business.

Very helpful staff - got us a great price

After having major issues with direct suppliers I decided to use a broker to set up my new contracts. I've been dealing with Scott & Tracy since April and they have secured me great rates for my new contracts and have given me so much help over the past few months regarding issues I have had with billing with my existing supplier. They have dedicated time to making sure that I have been fully updated with the switching process and have spent hours on the phone to my old supplier to get back money owed to me back which has been in the thousands, without this I could have easily been shut down due to the amounts owed to me. If you are looking for a company to trust for your electricity/gas contracts I cannot recommend them enough, with the personal touch of face to face meetings to not only be informative about contracts but also if there is any issue with your current contracts, they can help you resolve. Without Scott & Tracy I don't know if I would even still have a business left, and are true assets to your business. Cannot recommend enough as 5 stars doesn't really reflect the work put in and the sleepless nights I used to have.

IUA were the only energy broker to inform us about a refund we were entitled to from our suppliers due to the nature of our business. They also took over the burden of sorting the refund out for us which was a very time consuming process. I have spoken to three members of staff there - all of whom were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They are not a 'pushy' company which is very refreshing - they simply informed us of our refund entitlement and left it to us to decide whether we wanted to continue with them or not. We now have energy contracts sorted until 2031. Since the beginning they have kept in touch with updates and advice. I would definitely recommend.

Anthony Shanley was very professional and made multiple efforts to get my CCL refunds from our utility providers. HE went above and beyond what I was expecting and we finally did get our refunds. Continues to keep in touch, showing that they are after more than just the short term commissions. I would highly recommend.
