Listens, acts, does what he says he will do - so what more could anyone ask, we have literally 10 calls a day and they get told the same thing everytime "ring back in three years but I doubt we will change as the company who look after us - look after us :-)"

Amazing
Louise D was amazing, after explaining what we were looking for and the scenario for us taking over the tenancy at our current office we had nothing to do. We had approached similar companies but got no where and they kept giving us irrelevant information. From the very first phone call I could…
From the very first phone call I could tell that Tanya was very good at her job! In fact, as I later found out, she excelled at it. Her expertise is second to none. We have been working together for maybe a couple of months and so far she has delivered on everything she promised. Tanya has been instrumental is sorting issues that our previous broker struggled with for many months.
Alan has been great to work with too; his explanations into the energy market have been invaluable and offered rates are super competitive.
Overall the service is impeccable and offers great value for money.

Proactive and helpful advisors
I have been dealing with Liam since I took up my current post in January 2024, he has always been proactive in trying to achieve the best solutions for our energy needs. Recently I have also dealt with James and he has portrayed the same qualities. Both Liam and James are helpful, mannerly and understanding of the energy needs of our organisation. They have both worked hard to achieve best value for us which is an important consideration for any organisation.

Very good experience getting electric…
Very good experience getting electric contract for business and mop contracts.
Good advice from Caitlyn Young who has been very helpful every step of the way and is very much on the ball.
I had a quote which I was not happy with and said would wait - 2 months later Caitlyn contacted me with a great deal locking in virtually the same rate as paying currently for next 3 years.

Excellent customer service
I found dealing with Caitlyn a pleasure. She is very knowledgable and vigilant, she always called me back when she missed calls and basically was exceptionally helpful in dealing with any special request or queries.Also I was not pressurised in any way to use their services and I would have hesitation in recommending Consultive Utilities as your energy broker.
