I would like to recommend Callum Edwards who manages our energy supply contracts. I have always found him to be very helpful and responds well to the many issues I have sent his way in the past 2-3 years. Friendly professional efficient team
We are a local artisan chocolatier, kindly given the opportunity to take our chocolate pop up shop into Consultiv Utilities for the benefit of the employees. This is one of many businesses that we visit each month and genuinely a favourite.

I visit this company regularly, along with many others across the North East of England, to provide a pop-up shop for their staff. I have to say, this is one of my favourite places to visit.
The team are always so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. You can genuinely tell it’s a great place to work, and I believe that says a lot about the company itself. Having spent 19 years in a corporate background,I know that when employees are happy and valued, it shines through in everything they do.
That positive culture is reflected in the way the staff interact with visitors and, I’m sure, in the excellent service they provide to their customers. It’s always a pleasure to visit, and I look forward to going back each time.

Value for money
I've dealt with Consultiv for several years. The service is consistently good, and more importantly is always accurate. Nothing is too much and I always have phone calls/emails answered promptly. Couple this with the continuous improvements to their online portal which gives me greater access to information in a format I want. My account manager, Sohail Hussain, has supported the account since day one and is approachable, pro-active and knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry. It allows me to concentrate on other activities knowing our energy portfolio is under such competent management.

A very good company to deal with
I manage two organisations and have used several utility advisers over the years. However, Kirsty Swinney at Consultiv has been by far the most helpful. As well as providing good quotes (which I do check against the market), she has always provided sound advice. She gave us great help in settling a dispute we had with one of the major energy companies, something which saved us a great deal of time and money, for which Consultiv received no financial return. Recommended.
