Excellent knowledge and support
An excellent company to deal with. They have supported us in securing contracts with suppliers and continued that support after the contract has been signed. Steve Boston looks after our account and he in particular has left me feeling very satisfied with the service. He has had a very large input and this has been greatly received, even when i have had a headache...over some of the more confusing aspects of the contracts.

From the very beginning of the process through to completion Consultiv Utilities have been nothing but totally professional.
Caitlyn (our Account Manager) has been a fantastic source of knowledge and support, and any queries or concerns I may have had she has quickly and efficiently resolved.
I would have no hesitation in discussing any future needs and requirements with Caitlyn and Craig (Senior Procurement Analyst). Craig has also been very helpful and supportive and both have an obvious wide knowledge of the markets and an eye on the ball.

After mentioning my predicament from a phone call Kirsty went out of her way to help. Although I'm tied in. This didn't stop Kirsty from going out of her way to help. Kirsty has secured me a great deal on Gas. I will be using Consultivutilities again at the earliest opportunity as long as Kirsty is there.

I am the Treasurer for a small…
I am the Treasurer for a small community centre in Newcastle, and Consultiv Utilities have been sorting out our energy supplier for quite a few years now.
I've dealt with the same representative in all that time, Amanda, and she's been getting great deals for us over long duration contracts which keep our costs down for years at a time.
These are arranged a couple of years in advance. Amanda, for example, has sorted out a new contract for us starting in 2028 and taking us up to 2033.
Everything is done over the phone and contacts are viewed and signed via email and the docusign app, making the whole process so easy.
I would highly recommend this company, and will continue to use Amanda's expertise in the future.

Very Bad Liars
I have been told by Chris many times over the phone that any broker fees will be paid by the energy company supplier and certainly not by me, just to find out completely the opposite. The company will charge you all the fees they asked for. Don’t recommend this company at all.
