I never received my product
I never received my product. On the website it shows as delivered, however I never got any updates, or notifications of the movement of the delivery. Not even a notification that it had been “delivered.” Called the phone number and it sent me straight to a regular voicemail. I’m starting to think this was a scam. I ordered March 6, 2026. Paid $10 for shipping. Never got my order. Super disappointed and frustrated. Paid a total of $50. If I can please have a refund. Don’t know where else to leave a review or who else to contact.

I ordered the bikini shaver from IUI…
I ordered the bikini shaver from IUI beauty. It wouldn't shave, at all. I emailed them and told them I'd like a refund. They said they could give me $15 back and I could keep tfhe product, I could send the product back to China for a full refund but I would have to pay for shipping, or they could give me lashes. They said regardless of the option i chose, I would get a $20 gift certificate to use on their site. I chose option one. I asked when I could get my gift certificate. They send me a code to use. The code only took off $4.99 on my purchase. I emailed them. They sent me another code. This code wouldn't work at all. I emailed them again. They told me it had to be a minimum of $40 purchase. I said that's not what you told me originally. I've emailed them a few times since and they won't respond. Don't waste your money. Products are junk and they will not stand by their word.

Think twice before you place an order
The shaver from IUI Beauty does not work properly. It just stopped working randomly and won't charge.
Maybe the shaver I received was a faulty one but I am not only upset with the product performance but also the customer service. Customer service from IUI Beauty is not user-friendly. It is not easy to contact them. Tried the chatbox on their website - they never reply!

Very easy to use and I have 5 times more hair than any of my friends has. Once burnt my finger a little by touching the ceramic part accidentally - but cause I was on the phone, so just mind your fingers :D

This is a great little device
This is a great little device. It's powerful and easy to clean. The only very small thing is the on/off button is a bit stiff, but you get used to it. Overall, highly recommend.

The iron doesn’t smooth my hair as quickly and effortlessly as some of the videos make it look. I need to go really slow and go over it twice for that smoothness. I feel like my hair is damaged now after using it about 5 times. My hair is dry and tangly now.

Review updated after the Customer Service reached out and provided good service. Bought the Thermal Brush having watched several Facebook ads and videos. I think the brush is good for providing volume and curls on the end, I think for me it will work better if I blow dry my hair straight first then use the Thermal Brush as a styling aid.

I accidentally ordered this shaver and it is absolutely amazing. the first side gets a super close shave to where you can barely see any hairs, then the back completely cleans it up to where you can see nothing!! this is great, highly recommended. The service was great and responsive!

First trimmer was faulty then was quickly replaced.
I bought the 2 in 1 painless bikini trimmer in July used it for the past two months and have loved it. Then it started to turn on by itself and I couldn’t fix it so I threw it out.
I reached out by email to IUI beauty to see if they can rectify this and they quickly responded, apologized, and sent me a new trimmer in the mail. I’m very pleased with the resolution and have updated my review.
