I had a really disappointing experience…
I had a really disappointing experience with IUI. I purchased a product and realized just five minutes later that I wanted to cancel, so I immediately emailed them. They confirmed the order was canceled, but I never received a refund. I tried reaching out multiple times for an update, but they completely ignored me. In the end, I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle—shop somewhere with actual customer support and accountability.

Your response is again generic and deceitful, your shipper never attempted to deliver anything as they aren't even real! You create fake delivery attempts and keep sending emails saying you are attempting to resolve the issue well you don't do anything! You are a scammer!

They are scammers! The product has already arrived in the U.S. per their fake delivery attempts so they can't give that Trump customs bull***. They attempted to deliver to my address twice but say it is incorrect and have now stopped responding. They are scammers when I emailed the shipper they responded on a Sunday and said they would reattempt it that day and then it said they reattempted around 3 am? Seriously? I know China makes everything but I rather buy from local small businesses here in U.S. because at least I know I will get my product and don't have to get scammed by deceitful shipping policies so they have an excuse to steal your money

We have checked that the second delivery of your order was unsuccessful due to your address not being displayed correctly, and after we followed up on the order and reported that the address was correct, the logistics provider has made a third delivery and it is showing as signed for.

This company seems like a scam! I ordered over a month ago and still have NOT received my items. They have been stuck at US customs even though it shows they are still in China!! If you read all the good reviews, it’s the same exact review verbatim by different users
