fast delivery but strange delivery policies.
Great products and excellent next day delivery as usual but my compliant is more about your couriers . Why do I need to agree a ‘safe place’ if I’m not in or risk missing the delivery (as I did on one occasion), when I’m out, when the whole parcel fits easily through the letter box?

Issue with an IVG PRO2 device
I has an issue with an IVG PRO2 device. I received a personal response from their customer care team basically within minutes of me sending an online message and a new device being ordered by them for me first thing the next morning at no charge.
Excellent service all round!
