I didn't have any particular expectations, but they made the whole process smooth and easy.
Everything was done online via email and their portal.
I didn't have to physically go to the office at all, and they sent all the documentation via registered post.

As first-time buyers, one of the biggest advantages for us was having the support of a larger team. Even if our case manager was unavailable, there was always someone we could contact when needed, which made the whole process much less stressful.

Laura Keenan was extremely helpful throughout and took the time to explain each step clearly, which we really appreciated as everything was completely new to us.

Another huge advantage is that the entire process is handled online, including signing the paperwork, which made everything very convenient and straightforward. Their platform is very easy to navigate, and the explanatory videos are extremely helpful. You can also track the progress of each stage, see the expected timeframe, and know what to expect next.
