Melanie was very approachable and responsive throughout. We never felt like we were bothering her with questions, and she was always happy to explain where things stood, what was still outstanding and what needed to happen next.

Towards completion in particular, Melanie was fantastic. We had a fairly tight timeline and she understood how important it was to us to keep things moving. She stayed in close contact, followed up with the different parties involved, spoke directly with our lender when needed, and kept us updated as things progressed.

I dealt with Emma recently for the purchase of the apartment. She was excellent, prompt, responsive and exceptionally helpful.

She kept in regular contact with updates throughout the process and explained things really clearly. She answered all of our questions with professionalism and kindness. When we emailed, we rarely went 24 hours without an update from Teodora. She really went out of her way to make the whole process as stress free as possible.

Everything is uploaded to their online portal and everything can be completed digitally. It made the whole process fast and efficient. We completed our property purchase much quicker than we expected.
