Edit 6h later: Due to this review, we finnally got a reply to our service request from the 26th of May and subsequent follow-up emails about it. They forwarded the property deeds instrument and never replied to our question, but I am happy to consider the contract honoured and not in legal breach of it anylonger.

All this was unnecessary and we do notice the difference of treatment reviewed here by a majority of people Vs the one we got, but it is what it is and I will publish the emails that are in the origin of this situation if need be in the future.

On the 2nd of July we followed-up on the service we have hired and paid for on the 26th of May, which was to inform us of the restrictive covenants our property has/not, and there is only silence. Jacob Law took our money, pretended to provide the service they asked us money for, and did not deliver the service adn maintain full silence about it and regardless our follow-ups. It's impressive that they are so trustworthy for so many people and behave like this - illegally - with us. I wonder the reason why. This is our experience and I would share emails here to show the behaviour described in our reviews. I guess this is all we are now limited to, instead of receiving the service we paid for: to share our experience.

We just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for everything you have done for us throughout the purchase of our new home. Especially to our case manager dear Vlatka.

It was a long and challenging journey with many unexpected hurdles, but your professionalism, patience, and constant support made the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
