My hours have not been reported to the state despite multiple calls. I paid for rapid reporting and its not rapid and I want a refund for the $30 I paid for rapid reporting.

It is easy to set up and work at my own pace. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear on the homepage that one segment (arcflash training ) had to completed before the code update training. My course ran out before I had time to work through it, and I had to purchase that section a secound time. It would be very helpful if the time frame to finish a course was on the homepage.

That said, we’re truly sorry about the confusion with the arc flash training prerequisite — we can absolutely see how frustrating it would be to have to repurchase a section because of unclear instructions on the homepage. You are now charging exhorbitant price for reporting timely completion of your courses. You used to report completion to Texas very quickly but now you stall to get your extra fee. I am not coming to you in the future.

Also, it's been weeks and my credits haven't posted with Oregon. Could be the state, but will need to research the holdup if they don't post soon.

Jade made it convenient for me to get the continuing education hours via an online class, I needed for my license. I live out of state and an in person class was not an option. The instructor was knowledgeable and presented relevant material for what I do.

Since you have gone to the fusion…
Since you have gone to the fusion program it has been increasingly harder to do the continuing education segments. Just recently I completed one for my Georgia license. The first segment was 28 lessons long and the test was second segment. How am I to remember all that I read while listening to the audio in the 28 lessons? If I purchased the accompanying PDF for an additional $10 maybe I could. Since I have 1000 times to take the test I could also pass. Previous times when you were not using fusion, the test questions were at the end of the lesson and still fresh in my mind. This 4 hour course took me almost 6 hours to complete. When you were not using the fusion program the test questions were at the end of the lesson and could be answered while the lesson was still fresh in my mind. I've used your courses for years, but if this is what I'm to expect in the future then I'm seriously considering going to some other company.
