I have used Jade for several years but…

I have used Jade for several years but I do not like the new testing format. I will not be using it again. Much more user friendly before.

Fusion shift BLOWS!

After the shift to fusion, any and all ability see license information that was store previously has been removed.

That was a feature that I would like to see make a come back.

Code is dry, we all know it. The fusion shift has made it even more so. The way the courses are presented now make it that much more dry.

I have utilized Jade learning for almost ten years. I miss the old features, the newer presentation of my account, what's in it, and the drier training has done nothing to make me want to stay.

One shining, redeeming value is an employee named R. Tyson. This individual has been my single point of contact with Jade since my introduction to the company. This person alone has kept me as a customer. When this person leaves, I will be gone too.

Was easy to navigate and was convenient to switch back and forth between reading material and test questions. Will use JADE again upon next license renewal cycle.

The AI interpretation was hard to stomach.

Electrical CEU. The AI continually made mistakes, the worst was the repeated use of arubin florens for the AWG designation. It is American wire gauge. Not the money of aruba.

My hours haven't been received by the…

My hours haven't been received by the state yet. I Info for my Jade Account I can't find my Card Number or any type of verification my courses were actually sent or received. The new system is not user friendly!

Information was presented in a clean and efficient manner. Course could be done at my leisure and JADE delivered like they always have in the past.

I won’t use again

I did not like the way reciprocation worked. I never could get it to work out. The course was not enjoyable, the screen is full of the title and what you are looking at is so small. I have used JADE for years but I think I will try a different company in the future. It was so much better before

Couldn't get login in.

I couldn't get login in to do the corse. I've been doing your courses for about 20 years. Since I couldn't do it I no long have my electrical license.

Extremely disappointed!

I was so disappointed how few topics the course covered. It certainly covered only the minimum requirements for electrical license renewal. I don’t think we even covered all of Chapter 1 of the NEC. I ended up waiting more than an hour for the timer to expire. That’s an hour lost that I could have done some real learning!

Got my hours but had to rewatch videos that I already watched to complete required hours... Pain. and have the option to change the AI voice.

Website needs work

In all the years of using Jade, worst experience ever, had to use a different website to complete my training because I couldn’t log in…now I need to make contact for a refund for a course that I paid for and couldn’t use!

After 20 years of Jade, I’m done

New format is not nearly as conducive to absorbing/retaining the new code material as the old format. I’ve used Jade for 20 years. It is more expensive than other CE’s, but I was always glad to pay it because the format & content was VERY good. I wanted to learn the application of new code changes & Jade was great for that. Not so much anymore. I told everyone I know how good Jade was, not anymore. I will go back to Jade next year to see if it’s the same (new) format & if it is I’ll go elsewhere. Previously you didn’t have to pay until you were done w/the course, now you pay before you begin.

Jade didn't Report Completion Timely

Jade didn't Report Completion of Course to State Immediatly Like Pace. Had to Wait Weeks. No Response to my emails. I Finally had to call to get Results Which were my downloading my Completion Certificates to the State My Self.
