Great Quality Products
Good quality products at a reasonable cost considering it’s all bespoke and hand made. I had my pieces made for a renovation project I’ve been working on. Easy to navigate the website and you can design to your own specification. Will be using this company again soon. Support small business so they can continue to make great products. Brilliant product
After an electrician installed an extractor fan in the kitchen and our new bathroom, we wanted something bespoke that would blend in better with the two rooms. We are delighted with our fretwork panels from Jali, they were easy to paint and we can’t wait to finally decorate the rest of the rooms now that the panels have beautifully covered the extractors which stood out for all the wrong reasons. Brilliant customer service and quick delivery. We love knowing we are supporting a small family business and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Jali again.

Great bespoke experience
Having trawled various generic websites looking for a small cabinet that met size, colour and design criteria, I came across Jali. It was very surreal to become the "designer" and to see my idea come to life / play around with every variable possible. The wait is hard when it's something like this but totally understandable when it's bespoke. I didn't have too much trouble assembling and I'm by no means an expert. The friendly and approachable manner of those I've dealt with added to a unique experience you just don't get anywhere these days, especially online! It was extremely reassuring that they phone to arrange a convenient delivery slot and the driver was also very personable (assuming they do their own deliveries?) To me this was a bit of an investment as obviously cost more than an off-the-shelf item but would definitely consider using again or mentioning to friends.

Pleasantly surprised
We couldn't find anywhere online that had standard shelves to fit our utility room so were pleasantly surprised to come across Jali. Very easy to use website to design shelves, shelves arrived after about about a month and were relatively straightforward to put up.
Instructions online could have been a bit clearer but managed to figure out after a few reads.

Perfect library wallp
We recently ordered a large bookshelf (over 3m wide by 2.4m tall) from Jail to create a library wall.
After looking at bespoke carpentry options we chose Jali on both a very competitive price and the option for including painting.
Delivery was excellent - very well packaged and timely and in perfect condition. We appreciated that delivery came direct from Jali to our door, not sent off to the depot of a large carrier for delivery.
We assembled ourselves and the process went smoothly with all parts fitting easily together.
The finished product is lovely. We have had lots of comments from friends and family on how good it looks and how nice the painted finish is. Thank you.

I ordered a fretwork pelmet front and fitted it into the window recess to cover the top of the roller blind. It is very well made, the laser cut outs are smooth and the paintwork is flawless. Delivery was on time and I was kept informed throughout. Jali are a quality company, the customer service is top notch as are their products. I would highly recommend.

I have used Jali for many years
I have used Jali for many years, mostly in the past for radiator covers, but more recently for shelving. I recently ordered stand alone book case shelves for my newly decorated living room. I had a specific size requirement and although I initially looked at second hand and new book cases, none were the right size and shape. Jali made what I needed, delivered it and it was easy to put together. Then I painted it to match the wall and fitted it. It is a cost effective way to get a piece of furniture exactly the size and shape you need. I am very happy with the result.

I have used Jali on many occasions and…
I have used Jali on many occasions and have always been impressed by the quality of the product and the ease of construction. The latest project was a shelving unit to hold three printers (including an a3 photo printer) and related consumables for our study. The unit fits the intended space perfectly and the pre-primed finish made painting the unit very easy.

Get creative with their Jali Designer tool.
I have used Jali a few times over the past 8 years or so. They provide a custom service that is very hard to find, and their system is easy to use for a novice like me. I've ordered many different pieces that I use for template purposes. Everything is precision cut, which I need, and perfect for the job. Very happy with the packaging as everything arrived in excellent condition. Highly recommend for whatever your creative needs may be!

The Jali website was by far the easiest to use for specifying our radiator cover compared with several others. Delivery was as promised. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, despite our design being complex. Material qualities were excellent. Result is a fine looking, high quality cover.

High quality bespoke shelving
I needed some tall, very narrow, shelving to provide some kitchen storage while abutting the end of existing bookshelves. Jali provided exactly what I required and I was able to design it as I wanted. It was delivered rapidly (faster than the 3-4 weeks initially indicated) and in perfect condition. The assembly was straightforward, the quality of the paintwork was excellent and significantly better than other similar non-bespoke products.

Bespoke cabinet
I had my immersion heater removed from the airing cupboard and wanted to replace the hole with fitted shelves and new door. I ordered a bespoke measured cabinet that fitted exactly in the hole and just the interior and door was visible when you used it.
I wasn't sure I had the measurements correct when I designed the unit, the service from Jali was fantastic and they were so helpful making sure my product was what I wanted.
The cabinet arrived on the date , it was easy to put together, and so well built, the finish was superb.
I would recommend Jali to family, friends, and anyone who wants a bespoke, high quality piece of furniture.

Brilliant radiator cover transforms the room
Great product, delivered in perfect condition in secure but not overly excessive packaging. Easy to follow instructions made building the radiator cover straightforward. For not too much extra, the pre-painting is well worth it for a superb finish. There was a slight mix up over delivery dates but this was quickly resolved with a phone call to customer services.
