Excellent company, that I would recommend. The radiator cover was expensive in my opinion, but it was made bespoke, which allowed us to reduce the width it came out from the wall. The quality is excellent. You get what you pay for. We had it sprayed our chosen colour. I would recommend this. Simple to fit to wall. The website is really good. Helps you design and save it till you are sure you have it all as you like, before purchasing. Just to add, all communications with this company was second to none! Adriana has great sense of humour. I had to email them to thank them. So many companies don't care about the items in transit. A gentleman from the company called to discuss delivery and gave the option of a delivery company or their own delivery. I opted for Jali to deliver, although a few days longer to wait. They really care that the product gets to you in perfect condition. Flat pack, easy to assemble. I can't say enough. Thank you Jali. I need to move to get more radiators to cover. LOL. :)

Just put together my second radiator cover this year. Their customer service has been excellent both times, especially during covid19. Their website keeps you up to date with the progress of your purchase and the personal touch of ringing to arrange delivery made it so much easier.
When ordering the radiator covers I used their design tool as they were not a standard size. This was easy and hassle free and guaranteed the the right amount of allowance was added in.
I also paid extra for them to be painted and for me it was worth every penny. I would never have got the same level of finish had I done it myself and the quality of the finished product, in my opinion, is excellent.
When assembling I used their YouTube video, which made life so much simpler and was very easy to follow.
If I find another radiator that needs covering I will be back.

So glad I went with this company.
The units are spot on to our measurements. (You have to measure very carefully) They're solid and well fitting and the finish is excellent. All in all great quality.
I also found customer services very responsive and received a courtesy call to inform me my units were on their way and delivery was on time.

I ordered radiator covers from Jali and I absolutely love them! They look fantastic and the quality is great. The lady on the end of the phone (Jenny) was a great help when I was ordering the products and helped me with the measurements. When it was delivered I did have a problem but a gentleman Mark sorted it out quickly for me. It is only because of this issue which caused a bit of incovenience that I have given 4 starts not 5 stars but I would definitely order from them again because the product is great and the response to address the issue was fantastic. Great company and great products.

Covers look great slightly more expensive than the standard radiator cover you get in DIY stores but we had a odd size radiator which we couldn't find in any other shop and as they say you get what you pay for

Really helpful and friendly people do deal with. Nothing was too much trouble in getting the order right. When there was a delivery glitch this was dealt with immediately with no questions.
And an excellent product.
I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered a bespoke cabinet for the interior house fuse-box. Website is easy to navigate, and templates easy to change and modify to your own tastes and needs. Cabinet arrived in reasonable time. Well packaged, reasonably easy instructions, and solid when put together. Not the cheapest 'flat pack' furniture supplier, but the ideal place to go if you want made-to-measure, or personalised items for the house which you simply cannot get elsewhere.
Very happy, will definitely use again.

I’ve ordered a number of items from Jali including a large storage wall unit, radiator guards and shelving units. The on line build tool is user friendly and easy to work, delivery has usually been pretty much as estimated and what arrived accurate and complete. Communications throughout have been great.
The last order included a paint finish which was done to a high quality.
I would certainly recommend Jali and am finding it hard to reconcile some of the reviews I have read with my Jali experience.

I'm an Interior Designer and needed a specific size piece of fretwork for over a large window space. I was able to specify the piece online very simply and it arrived well packaged and in a decent timeframe. I used double sided velcro as it was not a heavy piece. Looks great fitted. Highly recommend!

I find the website easy to navigate and the ability to have decorative panels made to a given size is great. The staff are very helpful and the service efficient. They are flexible when it comes to letting you chose finishes and for me as a cabinet maker joiner that's very helpful. I would most definitely recommend them .

We have used Jali several times. Each time the process has been hassle free and the end result has been exactly what we wanted. The design tool took a short time to master but before we knew it we had designed the perfect sideboard unit to the exact dimensions we needed. I look forward to the next time we use Jali.
