I clicked through to this company from an advert on Pinterest and ordered a clothing set advertised as high-quality linen.
The items that arrived were not as described. The fabric feels like very cheap synthetic material rather than linen, the garments are extremely poorly made, and the overall quality is shocking. In my view, the material also feels worryingly cheap and highly flammable.
I tried to cancel the order shortly after purchasing, but received no response. Since receiving the goods, I have emailed the company several times requesting a full refund and have provided the photographs, videos and transaction information they asked for. They have still not responded.
There is no customer service telephone number, no clear return address and no apparent way to contact the company other than email.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Based on my experience, the advertising is seriously misleading and the goods bear little resemblance to what was represented online.
I have also noticed other retailers, including NinaNicole and Abbey London, using very similar product imagery, styling and advertising. I cannot confirm whether they are operated by the same business, but the similarities are striking.
I am now escalating this with my payment provider and reporting the matter as suspected fraudulent or misleading trading activity

This is a FAKE company that has an AI generated website. DO NOT BUY anything as you will receive a package all the way from China which is absolutely rubbish fabric and worthless. Nothing like the photos!

Absolutely disgraceful, my order turned up was meant to be cotton/linen mix it was cheap polyester nothing like photos a complete scam, have emailed but no reply, DO NOT BUY from this company, I am reporting them to trading standards not sure if I will get anywhere but ill try

Delivered wrong colour and wrong fabric- they are not refunding - many emails but no action - they are a Con!

Complete scam. Purports to be some high class shopping experience. Dress described as linen was cheapest knock off sent direct from China with no label and absolutely terrible. They charged me £44.95 as a sale price (joke as it wasn't worth £1) - anyway, they wouldnt refund as claim it was reduced from over £100. Avoid this company - they are a total rip off. Now having to go through long winded charge back on my credit card. Hate this happening.
