My purchase was backordered 2 weeks and I immediately received an email asking if I was willing to wait or I would have my cash returned (I thought that was a very decent way to conduct business). I stayed the course and received updates over the 2-week period which again I thought there was great communication which is often rare. I received my piece and love it. Well put together (quality) and the clasp is excellent as it slides verses clips. Makes the clip smooth so no agitation to my wrist as some do make me itch since I have sensitive skin. Overall, extremely pleased. Thank you!

Worst customer service. Returned it to change from a M to L. Had to pay for return shipping back and then again to me, whole process took right at 2+ weeks. Too many companies that want your order. Never again with this company.

Absolutely love my Sakura Ring! I chose it as my wedding band for my wedding on November 13, 2026, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The design is beautiful, unique, and even better in person. I especially love the Japanese-inspired style and the purple interior—it makes the ring feel personal and different from a traditional wedding band. The bracelet was attractive but the clasp was very small and not manageable for me as a man with large hands. I even bought a tool to try to assist but could not do it with that, either. I have returned it and will be looking for a different bracelet that has a magnetic clasp.

The quality, craftsmanship and feel of the bracelet is excellent. I put it on and hardly feel it’s on until someone complements me on it. Looks great on. The order took just a bit longer to receive because of not available but customer service was great. I was kept informed of the status and once received, it was worth the wait. I will treasure this bracelet. Thank you very much.
