My ring came in a timely manner, and was great quality. Also, I received an email almost immediately after placing my order, regarding needing a replacement complimentary bracelet. I sent my size, and the bracelet came at the same time as my ring. Will definitely be buying from them again!

Beautiful Craftsmanship! I Ordered this particular piece The crushed pearl and Koa wood ring for my 30th Anniversary present to my husband. Pearl is the representation for 30 years. The piece took a little longer than expected because my husband needed a larger ring size than usual. The company reached out to me immediately. They Apologized for the inconvenience and were helpful with faster shipping as soon as the ring was ready. I appreciated their communication every step of the way and the ring was well worth the wait. It is a magnificent piece and I can't wait to purchase more pieces from them in the future! The quality is spectacular.

Great color, great shape. Much smaller diameter than expected. Too small. The elastic string is already stretching, leaving gaps. I would not reorder. I found it impossible to tell the size of the stones when ordering. I wanted to swap but could find no bigger example. This is very delicate and not suitable for most Men.

The rings look beautiful, though obviously mass produced based on how quickly the incorrect oder was sent out. Purely based on customer service, id give this business a rating of zero. I had a long message thread with Mykyta about a custom size ring and I asked how to order it. He gave me an almost snarky response with a link to be able to buy it. Of course it was for the wrong size ring cos they dont stock that size. I figured, since we'd had the conversation, I'd place the order and send a message with the request, as discussed. In leau of a response I got a message saying the ring(wrong size) had been processed and sent and a tracking number provided. When I reference the long conversation about the custom size and the time to order, I was told I had ordered the ring in the link, like the whole conversation never happened. When I made contact, to clear this up, again, I got no explanation or apology. Just a response saying return or exchange if you dont want it. And a link. Nothing more. This was such an appalling exchange.
