wrong item received
3/7/26 my order arrived several weeks ago, this time with the correct items ordered. A shame about the initial error, but it was quickly corrected by Japebo.
8/6/26 - Amended following Japebo answer. When I receive the items ordered, I will amend the stars further.
I ordered connex xsmall vented and you sent me easyguard open medium which are absolutely useless.
If I could give you a zero score I would. I am now over £12 out of pocket. Dreadful service.
I would like my money back please.

The product was just what was needed. Post order support was great. Didn’t realise that it was coming from Denmark but that did not cause a problem as I did not have an urgent need.

Good product, slow postal service
Absolutely no problem with your product and the speed of dispatch . The problem was the courier, Royal Mail were slow to deliver.

Delivery issues
My parcel was sent t Greece nd not Australia. Greek couriers have contacted me so hopefully it will be forwarded on. Over $200AUD going on holiday around Europe and I suppose I'll have to pay the shortfall

Japebo posted the items quickly and efficiently. Delivery took a week as the parcel was held a few days on the continent before being passed to Royal Mail.
