Immediate despatch
Item was immediately despatched on April 15 and arrived on April 21st.
Nothing to do with Japebo but wish Widex receiver wire was more robust. It’s about the 4th receiver I’ve had to buy. The second from Japebo a year or so ago. Usually the right side ear one.

This purchase has dragged on for WEEKS
This purchase has dragged on for WEEKS, for a charger that I ordered in an EMERGENCY. First, the wrong device, second a highly defective payments system, third an incredibly slow delivery chain, and still the charger has not arrived.
