Badly packed jars with 3 broken out of…
Badly packed jars with 3 broken out of 24. Emailed their sales team to tell them how badly they were packed with no response. Nothing to do with delivery service - in fact they are to be congratulated as only 3 jars were smashed! Jars are ok but lids are very thin with some already dented and cant be used for sale.

I ordered my honey jars online and had…
I ordered my honey jars online and had to phone re the 10% off voucher which l was unable to claim. The person l spoke to was really helpful and got me a new code which worked instantly. He was very pleasant and the jars arrived very quickly. We were kept up to date with delivery. This is our second shipment and will certainly order from them and recommend to other bee keepers. Thank you!
