You were outstanding, acted so quickly and generously, can't thank you enough. Sadly DPD let you down, I have messaged them to let them know item 2 of 4 was not left with the other parcels.

Second time ordering with them
Second time ordering with them. One of two boxes wasn't delivered as bottles broken at dpd depot. Phoned them, got straight through, explained what had happened. The lady said all sorted they will resend.
Had email with in an hour saying on the way. The missing part of the order was delivered rhe next day!
Very impressed!!

Great experience and quality products!
I ordered 50 x 50ml bottles for our wedding favours. They arrived really quickly which was great! One was smashed in the box, likely during delivery, so I emailed customer service and got a response super quickly from Carolynne and a replacement shipped out the same day which arrived the day after! The bottles are great quality and will look amazing on our wedding tables, thank you so much! ☺️
