Goods arrived damaged
Goods arrived damaged . I am still awaiting a response as to how they will be collected and replaced. I would have preferred an answer to that email than one asking how good you are.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to the nature of the products we ship, occasional breakages can unfortunately occur. As soon as we were made aware, we contacted the customer and arranged for replacements to be sent, along with a collection of the damaged goods.

Ist order jars and bottles
Ist order, good strong glasswear. Packaging could be better to stablise, as was a mess on arrival and lead to some breakage. (Nature of the game with todays deliveries.)
Very good communication. Quick resend on broken item, which was much better packaged. Overall happy with service
