I ordered a brake control valve body…
I ordered a brake control valve body and the attached electronic brake control module. They said they had 2 in stock and the assembly would ship quickly. After 2 days with no tracking they said it would be another 2 or 3 business days. The next day they charged my credit card. After a week and a half more of promising it will ship shortly I figured this must be some scam setup. I was ready to reverse the credit card charges. I finally convinced them to cancel the order and they did do it. In the end, I found the part for half the cost at junkyard and it was in great shape. Jask seems very shady and will not give truthful answers. They only tell you what you want to hear until they can find what you want.

Ask All the Questions First!
Jask Customer Service is instantly responsive, pleasant and helpful. The process should be good, as they offer photos of the part for your approval before they ship. HOWEVER, I received the engine in the photo, but in a rusted-out condition as if it had spent seasons outdoors after the photo was snapped. BE SURE to request same-day and time-stamped photos from all angles. Our mechanic would not install the engine from Jask, and upon return, I was charged the restock fee and shipping mentioned on the website, and ALSO the original shipping, not mentioned on the website. This learning experience cost me $1376 and I ended up selling my broken vehicle. Save yourself an expensive lesson and ask all the questions.

Since this was a 21-year-old vehicle, some amount of surface rust is expected on used OEM parts, but this does not affect performance or functionality.
