Ordered an engine and after they fully…
Ordered an engine and after they fully inspected it decided to send out a faulty engine with no compression that didn’t auto. I have ask them to get the part back and claim they can not get it within the warranty period. They refused to give me my money back. They have been giving me the run around and now I am taking legal action. This company is one big scam!!! How do you send an engineer out and have a 60 day warranty. The engine was requested to be returned a week after. It’s been almost four months and still nothing.

We honored our warranty and provided you with a replacement engine after you claimed the first one was defective. You later reported issues with the replacement as well, and while we were in the process of verifying that claim, we also attempted to retrieve the engine to issue you a full refund.
However, you have repeatedly been unavailable, and our attempts to reach you have gone unanswered or only intermittently addressed. We have arranged multiple pickup attempts, and each time the trucks returned because the engine was not made available.
We have made every reasonable effort to resolve this promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, your review does not reflect the extensive communication and support we have provided throughout this process.

Not a very reputable company
I bought an engine for my 2009 Lincoln town car from this company. It came in damaged. The damages were several hundred dollars they offer me $150 is a complete settlement and that’s the best they would do and they were not very good about it and I haven’t got the money yet.

Order a engine for chrysler town and…
Order a engine for chrysler town and country. Engine arrived, put in vehicle. Throwing cam positioning code errors. Replaced the sensors and codes went away. While I was there I replaced the sparkplugs. Good thing I did. They were wore out. Supposed to .044 and was .065 to .080.
