I placed an order for a wardrobe on…
I placed an order for a wardrobe on October 18th and it was in stock, was told delivery was a week to 10 days as delivery to Meath not scheduled till then . It was delayed only by a number of days , I was contacted on November 4th but when they wanted to deliver did not suit .I had no problem waiting till next delivery in my direction which I accepted would probably be about a further two weeks , however it’s now the 29th of November and when i called to check on my order as I had not heard from them since November 4th, I was told the didn’t know when they would be coming my way. I have cancelled my order .

I would like to clarify that it was our decision as a business to cancel and refund your order, not yours. This action was taken because, as a company committed to providing respectful service to our clients, we cannot tolerate aggressive behavior or a lack of respect.
As you mentioned, we did attempt to deliver and assemble the sliding wardrobe, but you were unavailable. During today's conversation, our agent informed you that he would find out the details of the delivery day. Unfortunately, due to the negative attitude displayed during the phone call, we felt compelled to cancel your order.
Great delivery service

Do not recommend!
I was waiting for furniture to arrive for 12 weeks. It arrived in flat pack which was another shock as I didn't get any indication at the store! When assembled it turned out that wardrobe doors are warped, so had to get a carpenter to try and do something to make it close. Railings of the drawers are horrible, bottom drawer of the wardrobe wouldn't slide
Out, and when it comes out it would not get back. Standing glass unit is so unstable that the only way to make stand is attaching it to the wall. Altogether 2 out of 10! Looks good, but quality of product and service is awful.

Based on the information available, it seems that the delivery of your furniture did take longer than expected due to a specific item being out of stock. The salesperson informed you about the timeline, and you agreed to the wait. We understand waiting can be frustrating, but we strive to keep our customers informed of such delays.
Additionally, the salesperson offered our assembly service at the time of purchase, as we do provide professional assembly for an additional fee. You chose not to use this service, which is, of course, your right, but assembling furniture yourself can sometimes lead to the issues you’ve mentioned, such as door misalignment or drawer rails not functioning as intended. Proper adjustment of hinges is essential for long MDF doors, and this is usually addressed during professional assembly.
As for the drawer rails, we use high-quality materials from reputable brands. However, incorrect assembly can cause functionality issues, and we always recommend following the provided instructions carefully or using our assembly service to avoid such problems.
Finally, the standing glass unit is designed to be attached to the wall for safety reasons, as specified by the manufacturer. Even on a flat and stable surface, securing tall units to the wall ensures they remain safe and sturdy.

We had a 10 week delay as the item that we wanted was not in stock we had the option to wait so we waited arrived when it said it was arrived factory and then we had about a week later I think so we’re good informed us it was our choice to wait so we was happy to because the wardrobe is great

Stunning Product , Friendly Service , Very Professional
Product was better then what the picture showed.
Delivery and Assembly Guys did a great job at putting the piece of furniture together.

Would buy furniture again , the website definitely needs to be updated as the pictures for the furniture piece I bought didn't do it justice way nice in person.

Good experience
Deliver time it's great, all process went very smooth with clear arrangements for deliver. Instruction not very clear, hard to assemble the purchase (wardrobe). Missing 2 screws type J19 which are very specific.

Great shop
The wardrobe I got it’s really nice and stable. The shop delivered on the day I asked for. Delivery driver friendly, called me 20 min before arrival, I would definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for nice wardrobe.

Great product range, easy ordering and quick delivery
Spotted what we wanted online, a quick phone call confirmed it was in stock and that J&B could deliver quickly, even though we're the other side of Westmeath! So we ordered (easy process) and were delighted to get notification that the sofabed would be with us just days later. Delivery took place exactly as promised and we were set up for our guests in good time. Very solid and comfortable piece of furniture at a good price means we'll certainly look to J&B for future furniture requirements! Service felt very personal too.
