The tools were high in quality, the customer service was very good and also the delivery service was the best as the delivery was quick.

It was/is an excellent machine
It was/is an excellent machine, and I feel it was priced well. The only disappointment was that, as it was JCB, I assumed it was UK-manufactured. I found out after I received it, that it was, in fact, made in the PRC

Sturdy shaft but the blade was blunt
Sturdy shaft but the blade was blunt, I had sharpen it, also the handle came off after little use, it was put on with a bit of glue and a very thin staple. However I would buy it again as once I sorted things out, it is fine

Really like the product
Really like the product, but a small part of the trolley was broken when I received it, instead of just sending the broken part I was told I’d have to return the whole thing, communication with the customer service people was also poor and frustrating, I ended up repairing it myself.

The machine took a long time to arrive…
The machine took a long time to arrive then when it did im having trouble getting spares for it. Gen power Ltd or power spares take literal months im still waiting 2 months on for a part and have now been told it'll be another couple of weeks

Large amount of samples
Ordered a set of samples to replace our window seals. They were very good quality and a mixed set but unfortunately for our old windows nothing would match and close the gap. But if I need anything in the future I will use this company again
