The product I purchased was a car jack which cost me over £200 when it arrived it look as if it has been used because of the condition it came in it came damaged with scuffs and marks also had paint coming off and the packaging was also damaged the product was not dealt with care

The stand is extremely well made and fits my large Dewalt saw.
Ordering was easy and delivered in 2 days of ordering.

Employee discount code refused
As a JCB employee I tried to use the discount code from the JCB staff intranet. Which I have done before. On this occasion the website would not accept it. I tried customer services via the chat service and the operator states that the store is not ran by JCB so was unable assist, and even after I offered to send proof of JCB employment, wouldn't honour the discount advertised, I also showed proof of the code in the staff website.

"I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the JCB 3.5 Tonne Hydraulic Jack (model JCB-TZ84007). It is very strong, reliable, and well-built. Even when I lift my car, sometimes due to its own weight, the vehicle may slightly shift or roll back on the stand—but this JCB jack does not bend or slip at all. It stays firm and secure, unlike standard jacks that tilt. I’m really impressed by its stability and build quality. The stands, also JCB (model TH56002A), are equally excellent. Having two of these 6-ton stands, they are very convenient and well-designed. Thanks to the smart lifting mechanism and safety locks, they work beautifully. I am truly happy with the entire set. Thank you so much—your team is amazing, and you put a lot of effort into these products."
