I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a refurbished computer, but instead of receiving the product I actually paid for, I was sent a completely different item. This is unacceptable and feels extremely misleading.

Customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive, trying to close the case instead of properly resolving the issue. It seems like they are more interested in avoiding responsibility than making things right for the customer.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when buying from this seller. What happened to me raises serious concerns about their business practices and reliability.

I have reached out MULTIPLE times regarding a warranty for a iPad replacement from Best Buy that was purchased Dec 2024 and received NO RESPONSE. ( upon arrival it was overheating and within months it completely blacked out) This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be escalating this to the BBB . This company is a scam. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE !! They do not do good business and has false advertisement!! YOU ALL SCAMMED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE AND WILL BE SUED !!

Do NOT buy from this company. They sent me a damaged device, that never worked, they will not let me return it for a refund. HUGE SCAM!

I bought a $900 refurbished laptop from them through Best Buy, and the laptop will not hold charge and did not come with a working charger. I reached out per the warranty and they are continually “backlogged” on chargers, so it’s been two months with no replacement. In order for them to fix my laptop itself, I need to send it back and wait 5-7 business days for them to send me another one (which, at this point I’m not even sure will work or ever arrive). Not at all worth the “savings”, wish I had just bought an original product

I decided to buy a refurbished one because of the state of the economy. Inflation has been at its highest, and yet no complimentary pay rise. The bottom line is: I bought a semi-new iPhone 12 for half the price of a new one and it's been serving its purpose effectively.

I opted for a refurbished MacBook rather than buying a new one because I could get two MacBooks at a price that was less or equal to that of a new MacBook. I eventually bought two for my new office, and I do not regret the decision. Both are almost new and in excellent working condition.

I found out about them on Bestbuy, and hopped on the deal at that time because there was a 10% discount. I don't regret the purchase even for a minute because It slightly exceeds my expectations for a refurbished watch. I was expecting a watch in a fair condition but ended up getting one in an excellent condition.

I purchased a refurbished device from them off of Amazon. It was not at all up to scratch.. even though the screen was very badly scratched! From the beginning there were issues and the icing on the cake was that after getting a single water drop on it, the camera misted up. I contacted them on Amazon to try and return it but they were rude and refused point blank to help me in anyway. They taunted me and dared me to try submit an A-Z claim or chargeback claim on my credit card.. they said that whatever i do, they will still win and wont refund me. These guys are the lowest of the low and i would not recommend them to anyone!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM

They sent me a visibly broken “certified refurbished” from Best Buy. Soon as I opened it up the mouse you can see looks like someone punched it. The charging port didn’t work…. Because there were computer guts spilling out. Then they run that scam send you a broken one so you HAVE to return it to them and of course they have nothing cheaper than what you paid for. So you spend more money in their store. Scam.

Watch was received within 4 days of ordering and I live in Canada. The watch was delivered from California. Now that's fast. I was replacing a watch face that was cracked and no longer working. I just slipped the straps on the new one and synced with my IPhone and it was like I bought a brand new watch. Thrilled!!!! Thank you!!!

I haven't used the phone i bought from them that much but it's been great so far. Phone is clean but shipping wasn't so fast as I would have wanted. I got it after 48hrs.

When I got my i-phone the facial recognition didn't work so I followed the instructions to return it. I used the return labels to return it. They claimed they got the envelope but it was empty, which is false because I definitely sent it back. So now its my word against theirs.
I just got ripped off for $468.

Seller is big LIER !!! Negative seller!!! Posted photos of brand new phone and price was $1,750 (same as in the apple store) but item arrived used, scratched and in not acceptable condition. They did not mention that phone was used, plus they should upload the pictures of specific item (not from apple store). When I requested item returned they denied for the payment back. The Reason why I bought it on Amazon, not in Apple store because I had to wait in Apple store and I needed a present for my wife.

I have purchased iPad for $200 with Walmart services, so I learned that Jem Jem was the provider, the iPad arrived defectives immediately after arrive. I try to contact them, nothing happen, calls, no costumer service. finally the reply and says the 90 days of warranty expire.. such a scam !!!

IPad arrived within the estimated 5 days. IPad works very well but I'm giving them four stars because of a minor scatch I noticed at the back for the IPad.

The prices of their items were so attractive that I bought two gadgets instead of one, but my only fear was with the quality. I gave them a try believing all will be perfect and it was. IPad and wristwatch looks like a new one.

I bought two items from JemJem and I'm impressed With both of them. The Apple watch was clean and spotless While the phone was clean as well. The prices are fair enough.

I ordered an apple watch from these people. It never arrived and they jerked me around for a month before they told me that they won’t help me. Super sketchy. Would not recommend.

Place absolutely sucks. Do not buy anything from this company. Is not a legit company it is a person behind a tablet fulfilling orders. I had purchased an iPhone 6 was told it was refurbished when I got the phone the battery was shot less than 50% died every 20 minutes charge for 4 hours for 10 minutes worth of use send it back with their mailing address slip via FedEx. Was scanned into the system 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my return 7 emails I wrote All to get the same response just the packing slip they sent back nothing else. I called over 25 times a day during business hours no one will pick up or return your phone calls if they do return your phone calls it's one out of every 100 phone calls you give them I wrote them an email I called them finally to hear a response back about a week later we never received your phone. Which is b******* because I am watching the tracking and the tracking says that a was received 2 days after I sent it November 2nd. Contacted them again stating that there was no refund they said there was I checked my bank account no refund. Send them that information. They began to tell me that there was a problem with their system and they're working on it and they will get back to me as soon as possible. One week later goes by and I'm calling and emailing and no one is responding. I called Walmart headquarters and Walmart headquarters is discontinuing their license with the company due to their bad reviews didn't even wait for Jim Jim to issue me a return they went ahead and issued me my full return instead of the jemjem 114 which is what they wanted to give me back I got the full 151 back do not do business with this company bad business practices you will lose your money you will lose your product that you buy and you will not get it back! Walmart made good by getting my money back I hope you guys don't have the same problem in the future read and learn off of other people's mistakes with this company because they are ripping people off like Mad and then beating around the bush with every question or everything worry about your products return or about your product. I read so many bad reviews on this company people sending their phones back or their tablets back because of the very same issue as soon as it's pulled out of the box batteries bad whatever the screen falls off Etc and then they get something in return instead of the what their product was that they bought stating that their product was too far out of it's warranty damage that they send them a cheaper version of what they bought which is as well broken

Don't really have much to say about them but the only time I did business with them-they delivered. If I need any refurbished again I will still use them.
