It took 7 days before I could lay my hands on the IPhone 7 I bought from them. It was worth the wait as I'm overly impressed. It came with a Low Battery and I was scared but after charging and using the phone I realized everything was fine.

I do not recommend Jemjem. The company is not fair or honest in the descriptions of their goods and also, their customer service is virtually non-existent.
Yes, Jemjem has a great selection and good prices. However, I bought an iPhone 6s Plus in "excellent" condition - this was a requirement I had. However, when the phone arrived, the camera was damaged. The camera is only steady when taking a selfie, and useless for video or direct photo shots, the lens or something within the camera is broken. This is a feature that I would expect to be checked as part of any reseller checklist.
This is the only issue with the phone, but as this is a pretty important function, I am not impressed with how much effort it took to get in touch with Jemjem.
From Jan 2019 to now, March 2019, I called 6 times, and was on hold without ever reaching a person until recently. I emailed, and called, btw.
They refused to assist me in exchanging the phone. I don't want a refund, I want the same phone, only with a functional camera. Won't buy from them again. I intend to take every opportunity to share my poor experience.

JemJem is the second shop I've used to buy refurbished and their Phone was far better and cheaper than the previous shop I bought from.

I'm yet to find any shop that offer more quality refurbished phones than them. Used them twice..one for apple watch and the other a phone and they were all good.

I ordered a laptop from Jemjem and was scheduled to arrive on 17th of Dec but on the 16th the called me and pleaded that it would take one extra day which I had no issues with. I received the laptop on the 18th and have been using it till this very moment. Everything seems fine. Good shop to buy from.

This is the kind of service i describe as perfect.Customer care agent was polite and helpful, Product arrived within estimated time, the important of all was the condition of the device.
