The IPad works very well and haven't had any issue for the past 2 months. I'm giving them four stars because I noticed a very little scratch by the side.

Their Customer service was good. They helped me out with an issue I encountered during payment. IPad looks great and works very well.

Don't buy anything from this Company, cause they are dishonest and Bad Customer service. Brought an iPhone 6, support to be T Mobile Carrier phone, turn out thw phone from Apple Store to used for T Mobile not Actual from T Mobile. And contact them back and forth. Then they wait over 30 days, then said 30 days expire Window. Can't help you at all

I'm in love with the Apple watch I bought from JemJem. It looks pretty good on my wrist and it has no defect. The price was good. I will most likely buy an IPad from them if the price is good too.

I'll still rate them good especially their customer service. I had to return the Macbook for them to replace it with another because it had a negligible spot on the screen. A week later I got the replacement and it was perfect.

Fast Shipping and great customer service. I'm a first time buyer and IPad looks good . Will use them again if I don't find any fault.

I wasn't so sure buying from them but I had to because I knew them through recommendation. I'm impressed with the IPhone 8 plus. It's been 2 months now and I haven't had any bad experience. I'm happy with my purchase.

I've been a customer for three years and bought most of my gadgets from them and haven't had much issues. The only time I had issues with an IPad they replaced it within 10 days.

Can't say enough but from the service I've had I can vouch for them. I got an IPad from them that had a crack but was working perfectly but I never liked the crack and I requested for a change. I sent it back to them and they replaced it with another one. Great customer service.

I decided to give them a try and they passed my test. First of all, the promised 5-10 days shipping and they delivered within the time frame( 7 days to be precise). They described the product to be in excellent condition and it was. I will do more business with them in the future.

Upon purchase, I received my Iphone 8 six days later. It looks almost new without dents. I've used it for 3 days now and i'm yet to figure out any fault. I'm exited about this purchase.

Deal of the year for me. I bought an IPhone 8 from them at a fair price with 3 months warranty and I'm amazed. Order received 6 days later. While shipping was free, Customer service was excellent as well.

I needed to buy 2 apple phones for my my Nephews that came for holiday but couldn't afford 2 new ones at that time, so I opted for refurbished. Got the deal via best buy and I don't regret buying from them. Both phones (Iphone 7) are in good condition. Thanks.

Received my order 6 days later and Iphone 7 was exactly as described. I've played around with this phone for 4 days and everything seems good. If i figure out any issue i will update this review.

I've been using the MacBook I bought from JemJem since April and today is the 31st day of May and I'm yet yo notice any issue. I must commend them for selling products that are in good condition. Will definitely get another gadget from this store or recommend them to F&F.

Pre-owned items purchased through Best Buy come from Jem Jem and are garbage!!! You will never know this unless you have problems and need to get the item serviced under the 90-day warranty. Jem Jem will lose the original items you send in for repair and replace it what they deem to be an “equivalent.” Then, Best Buy will make you continue to pay on your Best Buy credit card account and refuse to refund due to serial numbers not matching the original item. Scam alert!!!

I'm currently typing this review from the phone I got from Jemjem a week ago. The phone is faultless and I hope it remains that way.
