Never use this company, no goods delivered, no attempt to refund, total con artists

It took 5 emails in order to obtain correct info for a return label. 30 day return window exceeded as a result. Expense of returning I'll fitting shoes. Poor communication from Jensen mode.

ABSOLUTE CON OF A COMPANY! I ordered a jacket and trousers item. It took weeks to arrive. They sent completely the wrong items not even close in type. Then asked me to return to China even though it was totally the fault of the company. Refused to refund or send a label. BE AWARE

I purchased a black shirt from these clowns.
OMG what a bunch of scammers!!!
The shirt arrived with a hole in it!!
I immediately took a picture and sent it to them I waited for a few days then they got back to me and offered me 10% off to keep the shirt?!?!?!
I said why would I wear a shirt with a hole in it?!?
Then they said they needed 5 business days to investigate the issue??? I mean what’s to investigate??
I gave them the five days then heard nothing so I contacted them again waited several days for a reply again a load of excuses and then we need another 5 days as it’s been passed to another department!!
This has went on for weeks now just the same crap every time.
I now have passed the case to the relevant authorities to deal with them.
THESE ARE SCAMMERS PLSIN AND SIMPLE they send out either used or very badly or cheap made items charge extortionate prices for them …then arrogant customer service constantly stonewalling you when you want your money back also asking the customer to pay for returning items that are clearly their fault in the first place.
TAKE THIS ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CLOWNS AS FAR AS YOU CAN DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BU THEIR FANCY WEBSITE NOTHING YOU SEE THERE OR BUY THERE WILL ARRIVE LIKE IT.
I KNOW FROM FIRST HANDS ON EXPERIENCE.
I never have come across such an ignorant crowd ever the worst yet lie after lie after lie after lie after lie no end to it!!!

I ordered a coat late last year that was way too small for the size it was meant to be. After calling the customer service that was an unrecognized number!! I wasn’t stupid enough to return the item like they wanted me to do, so I done a charge back from my bank and got my money back!! They had 30 days to dispute my claim but surprise surprise they didn’t!!! Absolute SCAM of a supposed company!! It’s clearly a depot in the UK!! Avoid at all costs!! Don’t waste your time chasing a refund, just get your money back from your bank and let’s hope this SHAM of a place gets shut down like it clearly deserves. DISGRACEFUL PEOPLE

returns to China that you pay for

Purchased grenn flowered on white material dress with plain green organza material coat/wrap to match the green flowers in the dress.
Colour of coat/ wrap total different green and did not have the same length as the dress. Badly made both items. Can only return at my own cost to China!!!! Offered a 20% refund if I keep the dress and coat.This company is an agency for a china warehouse. They ought to be removed from all advertising sites. I will never buy of them again and advise would be customers to think twice about purchasing from them.

I ordered a pink top which was supposedly reduced from £80 to £40. It took several weeks to arrive and was exceptionally cheaply made and a bad fit. The Chinese made item would cost no more than £15. I contacted Jensen Mode who said I would have to pay for the return to China. Having read other reviews, many customers never received a refund so I decided to take their offer of a 20% refund I.e £8! Please give this company a very wide berth. Shoddy goods at expensive prices!

Disaster
I was manipulated into making two payments. I pointed out this to Jensen and after profuse apologies and a promise to send just one pair of slipper, I received 2 pairs on the same day - many weeks after the original order.
I am now in the process of trying to get redress.

Despite ordering a large size they are too small.

I have 2 pairs of useless slippers.

I'm assuming I won't get satisfaction.
All I can do is to warn others not to buy from this Hong Kong company.
Unless a miracle occurs andI get satisfaction.

Beware of this 'business' which has many hallmarks of a SCAM operator.
Ordered a pair of shoes from what appears to be an on-line German business. The shoes I ordered were shipped from China and clearly faulty on receipt. The soles were curved and the sizing did not measure for EU or UK sizes (maybe due to the curve?).
I contacted customer service with evidence of the fault requesting a refund. The response from customer service offered any option other than a full refund and all actions required further cost to me. For a defective product!
But if I accept a 10% refund, I can keep the faulty product and the matter is closed. DO NOT purchase anything from this business.

Dear Jensen-mode, don't bother giving your standard response to any review, saying you are sorry and to email you. You already have my email so now take action and give me my full refund as required by both UK and German laws!

In fact one star is too high a rating. Ordered slippers/ shoes arrived after 2 weeks from China and were too small and made of a plastic material which bore no resemblance to the photo on the website. They were too small and I even sent a photo of my own slippers to show the discrepancy in size!
They wanted me to pay the postage for return to China and refused to give me a full refund. I ended up after much negotiation getting a 25% refund and keeping the slippers, which have now gone in the bin! DO NOT use this company !!!

I bought 2 t shirts from this company in Europe, but had to return them to china. This then sat in Chinese customs for several months before being refused entry, despite having the customs form on it. Tried on several occasions to contact the company to see if they could contact customs but made no attempt to help what so ever. I really would sugges5 you avoid them like 5he plague

This company is awful
Delivery took ages for shoes. Shoes too small despite ordering 1/2 size bigger than usual size, quality rubbish.
No returns info in English and then they want a photo before releasing returns info.
This company doesn't provide prepaid return facility but expects me to pay for postage to china in order to get a refund or has offered 25% refund!

I would give no stars if I could. I bought a jacket from this site last Autumn. It arrived, but was unwearable due to it having extremely short sleeves (I am 5'3''). I contacted the website to return the item and was advised I would need to return it at my own cost to an address in China. A jacket just short of £40 was sent at a cost of £20 and four months later I still do not have a refund... for a faulty item! When i followed up, I was told they needed tracking information to refund - tracked postage would've made the cost of shipping more than the item's worth. I will never shop from this site again and urge anyone reading this review not to .

I purchased an item in November, fit was not as described, I returned the item as prescribed by this company and I am still awaiting a refund, with an exceptionally poor customer service. I would not trust this online retailer and wish I had read these comments before purchasing

This company are a joke DONT order from them I so wish I had read the reviews first because I wouldn’t have bothered ordering anything, iv asked for a refund for undelivered shoes 3 times and getting no where, the courier hasn’t received the order after 3 weeks

I really wish I had researched this company before I purchased a dress from them In October 2025 since I see that they habitually cheat customers by promising refunds if goods are sent back with 30 days and then add conditions to prevent a refund or to exceed the time limit allowed for using a credit card company to dispute the charge. I not only paid €50 for a dress which looked like it was made of plastic but also stupidly in November 25 paid more than €23 to have it sent back to their warehouse since they told me the parcel had to be traceable. In retrospect I should have simply contacted my credit card company but I believed Jansen Mode when they promised a refund. After many emails asking for my refund, they eventually told me I had to pay customs duties for delivery into China although this was NOT stated originally. I had no way of verifying any further charge and did not want to pay any more money on top of the €73 I had already paid. They then informed me there was a 'problem' at customs and that the dress was being returned to me. And when they responded to my first review on Trustpilot, the same 'person' told me that since I had exceeded the 30 day period for returning the goods, they could not refund me. At every step this process is designed to cheat customers of their right to a refund. If any one buys shoddy goods from this company contact your credit card company immediately.

The clothing company who trade as Jensen Mode in the UK are the worst on-line companies I have dealt with. The top I ordered was size small, what I received was a large which came down to mid thigh and sleeves were 3-4 inches too long. All the customer help including Returns is in German so I sent it back within 30 days recoded delivery to a return address on the delivery package requesting a full refund. Despite send in all details in photo form which included a signature for receipt JM are still refusing to pay. It is now 11 weeks and tens of emails later after initial return of 17/12/25. They are not to trusted.
