This company deserves O stars. A total rip off ! Paid extortion price for shoes that were on Shein for a fraction of the price but I didn't notice until I saw they used THE SAME ADVERTISING PHOTO AS SHEIN!!!!!

If there was an option to give no stars then I would. Delivery took much longer than expected, quality of the product I got was absolutely shocking, I have never seen so sore quality in an item. Also there is no refund option, unless you want to pay £78 for international shipping to them, where they can then “investigate “ it and possibly give you a refund. Never ever would I entertain this company again. Don’t waste your money nor time.
Why did I not check reviews before buying, I bought a winter coat that was listed as £108 reduced from £200 and looked like wool. It was cheap felt, very thin and short arms. As others I had to send photos then they offered to send another in a bigger size and could keep the existing item, which tells you how cheap it was to make. Still asking for an address to get my money back, they’ve not responded to my requests.
I would give zero if possible! Terrible quality products with no meaningful option to return them. Don’t do it!
I bought PJ's for a gift. Looked lovely in the photos, but when I received them, they were cheap polyester, the sizing was all wrong, and I wouldn't even donate to charity shop as they were awful. When I contacted the company the got me to send photo's, and then came back with an offer of 10% refund and I get to keep the PJ's!!! I wouldn't even donate the PJ's to a charity shop! This company is selling product that adds to our environmental waste and should not be allowed to trade! So disappointed !
Do not buy from here. The trousers i purchased were the wrong colour, way too short and poor quality. In addition, the website looks like a normal UK website, but the product is shipped from China and it seems you have to return to China at your own cost.
I would give no stars if I could. I bought a jacket from this site last Autumn. It arrived, but was unwearable due to it having extremely short sleeves (I am 5'3''). I contacted the website to return the item and was advised I would need to return it at my own cost to an address in China. A jacket just short of £40 was sent at a cost of £20 and four months later I still do not have a refund... for a faulty item! When i followed up, I was told they needed tracking information to refund - tracked postage would've made the cost of shipping more than the item's worth. I will never shop from this site again and urge anyone reading this review not to .
Looks like a legit uk website. No disclosure that it is anything but.
However, when you get the tracking details it is coming from China.
Identical to another purchase I made recently.
It'll take weeks to get here and so I won't want it then but I will have to pay for return shipping to get my money back.
My guess is they have dozens, maybe 100s of similar web sites with less than honest disclosure.
