I am now raising with trading standards and would please ask everyone to do the same to take this website down. I lost £40 on a “silk embroidered tailored”
Top which came in a polyester smock form my primary school child could have made with printed on embroidery pattern. I have lost £40 now and my dignity for being silly enough to fall for this! Wish I had read reviews first. Please help by raising your issues with Trading standards too 🙏

What an utterly dreadful experience. Do not buy from this company. They purport to be UK based, but it is utter tat from China. The shoes were too small and absolutely reeked of cheap plastic - marketed as leather. Tried to contact their 'customer support' email an guess what? No reply! AVOID

My orthopaedic trainers arrived today after 2 weeks. They are certainly not orthopaedic as stated. They are moulded plastic with an overwhelming smell, and creased heels. I paid £30.00 for trainers that arrived from China not a company in London. They arrived in a bag much like what you receive from SHEIN. I am disgusted by the money I have wasted, they look like they would cost £5.00 from a cheap market!!! They are only fit for the bin. My advice is to buy from a reputable company and don’t waste your money. I have requested a refund!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I had ordered. Shocking company!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t be duped like I was. The item I purchased was beautifully illustrated and described as leather. There was no indication until the next day that the item wasn’t in stock and I would need to wait weeks for it to arrive from China. The shoes are plastic and although they fit the straps for sling backs are not long enough to go around the back of my ankle!! No response to emails. £34 wasted.

I was misled by the title Jesse London, I thought they were based in London.
It looks good on the website once you receive it ,the quality is very poor, I’ve returned it back it has been sitting in customs in China for a very long time. Anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this site DON’T DO IT
This company is oversea’s they clearly know what they’re doing. They profit by not refunding customer even tho I follow their return policy instructions

I ordered a pair of lovely looking black orthopedic sandals using my bank debit card. This was at the beginning of May 26 and no sign of them. When checking the tracking details they have claimed that they attempted delivery (they 100% didn't) loads of times so after emailing them twice and getting no-where I Googled them and have found 100s of complaints. So I have just gone to my bank and filled out a very straight forward form and immediatly got my money back so this must be happening accross the UK affecting thousands of us. I now think that this company (in the past few weeks) has just stopped sending out goods hoping that people won't chase them. So anyone reading this just request a refund from your bank ...... my refund took 5 minutes and it was for £37 so not a few pennies. IF they are still operating and scamming you should get your money back immediatly. Even Co-Pilot advised me not to bother with emailing them at all, just told me to get my money back. Good luck everyone.

Extremely poor quality for the price. They won't last a season, almost paper/cardboard like! Not returning as return policy is impossible. Have to pay for return to China and a percentage is taken off for processing which is ridiculous. Will never buy form this website again. In fact going to block. Not that short of a scam

My suit has not come yet and it has been more than 3 weeks and it is unacceptable to have us waiting for a suit that should have arrived on a Friday as it says on the website. Plus it says Jesse London but get the clothing from China, this can’t be allowed.

I would give zero stars if I could. This website is a scam. The sizing is completely wrong and your options are either to return to CHINA at your own cost or in my case get a 10% refund which amounted to £3.
I will see what legal recourse is available as this fraud cannot be allowed to happen in the UK in this day and age.
Stay away from this 'company'!

AVOID – EXTREMELY POOR RETURNS EXPERIENCE
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
The item I received was not what I expected, so I followed Jesse London's return process exactly as instructed. I was provided with a return form and a return address in China and paid £54.90 of my own money to return two parcels.
I supplied the company with the tracking numbers they requested and kept them updated throughout the process.
After several months, I was repeatedly told that my parcel was "still in customs". However, one of the parcels was eventually returned to me in the UK. Tracking showed that it had reached China and been processed before being returned.
When I asked Jesse London for the specific reason the parcel had been returned, they admitted they could not provide any evidence or documentation explaining what had happened. Instead, I received repeated emails suggesting various possible reasons, including customs fees, address issues and customs declarations, but no proof was ever provided.
Despite the parcel being returned to me and despite spending £54.90 on return postage, Jesse London refused both to arrange collection and to issue a refund unless the parcel was successfully delivered to their warehouse.
The most frustrating part was the constant repetition of template responses which failed to address the evidence I provided.
I have spent months trying to resolve this issue and am still left with the goods, no refund, and significant postage costs.
My advice to anyone considering a purchase is to carefully research the company's returns process before ordering and, if you believe there may be a problem, contact your bank or payment provider as soon as possible because time limits can apply to disputes and chargeback claims.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
UPDATE AFTER JESSE LONDON’S PUBLIC RESPONSE
Jesse London publicly replied to this review stating that they wished to review my case and work towards a fair resolution.
I contacted them as requested and supplied my order details.
Unfortunately, no resolution was offered.
Instead, I received the same response I have been receiving for months.
Jesse London still cannot tell me why my returned parcel was sent back to me, cannot provide any evidence explaining the return, will not arrange collection, and will not issue a refund unless the parcel reaches their warehouse.
Despite admitting that they do not know why the first return failed, they continue to expect me to pay further international shipping costs to send the parcel to China again.
I therefore feel that the public response posted to this review has not resulted in any meaningful attempt to resolve my case.
I am updating this review so that potential customers can see both the public statements and the actual outcome.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered an outfit for my niece's wedding, but it arrived late and looked nothing like the item advertised on the website. The material was of very poor quality and felt cheap, making it completely unsuitable for such an important occasion.
When I contacted Customer Services to request a refund, I was told that I would need to return the outfit to an address in China at my own expense or accept a 15% discount on a future purchase. Given the poor quality of the item I received, I have no confidence in placing another order, and the cost of returning the item is unreasonable.
Had I known the true quality of the garment and the difficulties involved in obtaining a refund, I would never have ordered from this company. My experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and costly. I would strongly advise potential customers to research carefully before purchasing.

Never buy from this company. Very bad quality clothing, and if you want to return it, they will ask you to send the item to China which the cost of mailing is far more expensive than the cost of the item.

Awful company do not be fooled by the London in the name! Ordered two dresses both appalling quality tried to refund, had to pay the return postage only to be left at customs and now being returned! This seems a running theme with them!
Absolute scammers will be reporting to trading standards do not use !

Awful, after placing an order I emailed & tried to phone (number given not recognised) after 30 days my order arrived, it was very very poor quality & colour nothing like in the photos. Going by peoples comments on returns I think I will just put it in the recycling bin. Do not buy from these scammers 😡

I ordered the Rosie Sandals. Carefully measured before ordering to select correct size. Ordered a size 41 and what arrived, I would say, is about 3 sizes smaller. In fact the length of the sandal is smaller than the foot length specified for my size.
Ordering from China is always with some risk, but the returns policy is ridiculous and not even worth considering - read it. Sent the company photos and had a prompt reply to tell me sandals were the correct size! They are clearly not. They have offered a 15% refund and I get to keep the tiny sandals. Not impressed. Just don’t bother. I’m off back to Birkenstock, where at least I know I won’t get ripped off. Hey ho.

The shoes I ordered took a long time. I wish I'd read reviews first. Terrible quality. Plastic not leather as described. I thought the company was in london not china so returns would be easy. Looking at their returns system it looks very difficult and expensive. Do not order from this company.
