I have bought a lot of jewellery over the years from chev jewellery queen
Which is exceptional good quality my favourite was the large gold cross and chair when I have it on I get loads of compliments
I alway had great service and customer care nothing is a problem for them definitely recommend will continue to purchase from jewellery queen

When you walk into the shop you are greeted with a warm welcome every time I go into the shop in Newcastle im always leaving with a smile on my face best people going

I recently came in to Jewellery Queen looking for a (last minute!!!) birthday gift for my better half, not knowing what to get. I was taking through all the options by Arron and fair play to him, he could of sold me the most expensive thing in the shop but he found me something perfect for her that she loves(thankfully!!!) and that didn’t break the bank. Also my son’s birthday was the very next week and I managed to get a Newcastle United chain for him that he’s already showing off to his pals. Thanks very much to Arron and Jewellery Queen saved me from the wife.

Been buying from Newcastle Jewellry Queen now since last November. Their jewellery is seco d to none. 1st class. Every piece we bought never tarnished or turned us green.thd Mrs must have a dozen necklace & bracelet sets in yellow and rose. Still the same shine today as 8 months ago. Staff are amazing. Only ever bought from Aaron. Knows his gzme. Nothing is a problem for him. Always helpful. Shortening or lengthening chains. Rings are great to. No colour change change. Cant thank Jewellery Queen enough. Highly recommend the toon shop. Aaron is a great help whdn choosing gifts. After i buy from here we love passing Ramsdens just to eye their window and see how much cash we have saved. Thanks Jewellery Queen for all we have bought from you. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING THEY FOB YOU OFF EVEN THERE RETURNS POLICY STATES THEY WILL EXCHANGE BUT THEY DONT !!! ABSOLUTLE CON OF A 2 BIT COMPANY !!! ONLY TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAIL

Ordered a set for my son’s birthday whilst they had a 15% offer on. The offer was not applied. Reached out via email within 5 minutes of order being placed asking for this to be honoured….no reply….followed back up…reply to say would review with manager/owner…still waiting…no response….no honouring of offer…been over a month now.

Absolutely the best around town bought a beautiful button bracelet of chevonne and it’s solid never broke and still brand new condition even after having it for 3 years reasonably priced affordable for all budgets give them a follow and support a local business keep up the good work ❤️❤️

I ordered a beltcher braclet, £50 women’s, I wore it 5 times, listened to there guidelines on there website for it to last kept it in there pouch they send with it, and the copper came through really bad. For gold filled it should last longer than that. In fact following the guidelines it should last at least 10 years before that happens. Emailed them explained everything they seen it as there’s always one out of a batch that would be bad. And I was supposed to get a refund. A month later still nothing they’re ignoring me. Not all there products are gold filled like they say there gold dipped. I’ve seen gold plated last longer With much heavier use. So I would NOT trust their belcher bracelets if I was you. I can’t say the same for any other products. They look amazing and right colour gold. But trust me this isn’t a hate review. Just bad communication and bad product from a batch.
