The customer service is very poor, they don't have contact phone numbers and take time to answer emails. They need to improve on this so as to assist sellers/subscribers.

The shipping was quick and the sellers are all vetted so you don't have to worry about being scammed
You'll find big sellers that have been on Jiji for more than two years, but they have no user feedback. And now I understand why. Normally these sellers have the lowest prices. You contact them and they will confirm the price, but when you go to the actual shop, they will give you a much higher price. There's no feedback section on their accounts, and if you complain to Jiji, the seller name will disappear, but if you search for the item on the site, you will find the same item at the same low price, and if you go through the seller's other items, you'll find that it's the same shop that you reported. I believe Jiji is either the scammer or is in on it. They disable reviews for some sellers, and they can't give you a reason why. Also, the app's high scores are probably inflated because user sentiment in other parts of the internet reflect the opposite. While a small percentage of the sellers are genuine, but recommending jiji based on that would be like recommending gambling because I won two out of ten bets.
Very disappointed with the customer service after purchase. The platform has potential, but the lack of support leaves users frustrated. Right now, they’re lucky not to have strong competitors, but if one enters the market, many of us would switch immediately.
Many people advertising items through this platform they don't have them they are brokers or con people and therefore making this a highly risk platform to be spammed
I dislike the you don’t solve your customers queries you just wake and change things on your website without notification your uses on the changes. You have closed my active ads without proper notifications after my payment had expired. There is a reason as to why why I didn’t go for premium services and that’s why I chose weekly charge so you cannot force me to pay for premium charges by closing my ads indefinitely that’s not the to go. I really don’t like the you solve your clients queries 😳. You have improved on response time that is the only thing I have noticed recently.
The customer support for jiji kenya is so frustrating! Getting calls from customer service every week about offer packages that I can clearly access and see then pay at my convenience! I found this very irritating because it was as if they were forcing me to pay for the packages, today i got that nagging phone call from Eileen from customer service asking me how long they should give me to pay for the package, as if it's a netflix subscription!
Actually it's the first platform that I've experienced this nagging from and definitely not using it again. Work on your customer service and stop nagging sellers!

They have the worst customer support team.
I was charged to post an ad. The ad then got rejected and marked as duplicate. Tracey from support asks me to make another ad only to be asked to pay a second time for it before approval.
She then ghost me and declines to answer further questions. What a joke
This platform is perfect for buying and selling! I sold my old phone within a day. Highly satisfied!
I found a great deal on a laptop through Jiji.co.ke. The transaction was smooth and hassle-free!
I have already written a review in Jiji Tanzania. Jiji Nigeria has been very helpful.
I had an issue with Jiji Kenya. It took Kshs 1,600 then Kshs 5,036 and soon after closed my adverts. They are not reachable. I have never known of a Corporation that happily takes money from customers, fails to deliver, and refuses to communicate - this is very puzzling. It defies logic. Unless Jiji Kenya resolves this issue my advice is to avoid them - they are terrible
