Very good to order from and delivery done in fair time the only thing I can say is the emails do my head in that’s why I don’t order too much from them but otherwise I would highly recommend them

JL cancelled my order after it was shipped…
After I had place the order got confirmation and then had another email saying the parcel was shipped. The order was then cancelled by JL brooks with no information on why it was cancelled

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry for the confusion and frustration caused by the cancellation of your order without clear communication.
After looking into this, it appears the issue was due to a training oversight with one of our newer team members. This has now been addressed, and our procedures reinforced to prevent this happening again.
The cancellation was necessary because the Lister’s Chorizo we had in stock was very short-dated, and no fresh stock was due to arrive within a suitable time frame. However, we should have communicated this clearly to you, and we sincerely apologise for not doing so.

Crisps were stale. When I contacted them, they said they were just whilesalers and gave me a link to contact the manufacturers directly.
