JM Energy Savings LTD Avis

Really helpful staff who took you through the process of installation. The installation was fast and stress free with very little disruption, and we had someone working from home on day of installation. The aftercare has also been excellent, when we got some alerts on the SolaX app we contacted the office and they were sorted immediately. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking for stress free solar panel installation

Very attentive while sales happening, a lot of delay and difficulty to get reception lady to accept I had my own energy accessor Ruairi Kay.
I did say on two occasions the water was burning hot on my hands, was advised it needs to be at 60 degrees, now my element in cylinder is burned out.
Last contact I made there was a delay of 1 week getting back to me.

However I’m very happy with the solar panels and hot water on tap is amazing. During bright days I enjoy checking my app and what my system is producing and energy sent to grid. Also getting payments from my energy company is very welcome.

Installation was very professional both inside and out.

Easy to deal with, direct, efficient.

From start to finish, John Moynihan and his team were a dream to deal with in terms of product, value, delivery and support services providedto me. Well done again and I have no problem recommending your product to other potential customers

They made the whole thing simple to do as they walked through step by step.Rachel was always so helpful, no matter how many times I rang.thank you JM energy, the men were so efficient, putting in the pannells and connecting up the electrics.we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Factual, helpful information, prompt response to queries, well organized workflow and competent and professional installers.

They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Flor, John and Rachel were amazing through the whole install. Would highly recommend them.

John and his team were top class from start to finish. He has installed two systems for family members and everything went smoothly, he gave great advice and nothing was ever a problem. The solar panels are doing fantastic and they will pay for themselves in no time at all. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Having sought quotes from several other well respected, prominent Solar Installation providers we decided to go with JM Energy Savings. From the outset to the end they demonstrated efficiency, reliability, expert knowledge and practical advice. Guidance was always crystal clear, making what can seem a daunting world of technical terminology simple to understand.

Following the initial visit there was no hounding by sales teams, as was the experience with one of the other companies. JM are local, and so have detailed knowledge of the local environment/community - enabling them to provide systems design specifically for your local conditions.
They installed exactly when they said they would. Their crews being highly professional, always courteous and working quickly and cleanly. I'd have no hesitation reccommending JM Energy Savings Ltd to others.

Great service from start to finish. Everything was completed as agreed and on time. Tidy professional tradesmen. System was great value and is already halving my electricity bills👍 thank you JM Energy.

Extremely efficient. The office staff, trades people were fantastic to deal with.

We had a very good experience with JM Energy Savings. From John to the whole team, everyone from very contactable and professional to deal with.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. We received 4 quotes from different providers and went with JM who provided a prompt, professional service. No pressure was ever applied and it was all about providing the customer with the best system to suit their needs. The install works were completed when it suited us and were carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. Top marks all round to everyone concerned.

Delighted with the service I received from JM Energy. John, Tadhg and everyone in the office were a pleasure to deal with and were always on hand if you had a question.
The job itself was done very quickly and without any fuss.
I would highly recommend JM Energy if you are considering installing solar panels.

From first contact with John, Rachel in the office, the fitters , electricians and project manager Flor they couldn’t have done anymore to help they explained everything to me. The panels were fitted in less than a day and the electricians were all done in another day no mess left behind. The service John provides is second to none.
I couldn’t recommend JMR Energy Savings LTD highly enough.

Tadgh and John provide a brilliant product and service . The whole process ran like clockwork , Tadgh was at hand for any questions and was top of everything .all the team were tidy and efficient and done a great job
Highly recommend !

Installing Solar Panels is a big investment with lots to consider before making a decision. After My initial contact with Rachel, and then their salesman Tadgh, I was more assured in making my decision to go ahead.Tadgh, their salesman is helpful and knowledgeable, and he takes his time to explain all aspects of the system. He even came back a second day to clarify something for me. He wasn't at all pushy which is something I liked. I had some concerns about the installation of 17 panels on our roof and what that would entail, but after witnessing the efficiency of Dan and co, my concerns were quickly allayed. Even though the day was wet they had them installed in one day and they were very neat and tidy.
Next up was the electrician Matthew, he had the system up and running is less than a day, and the power to our house was only briefly interrupted during the process. Again, they were neat and tidy and left no mess. They were very helpful with any questions I had about any aspect of the system.

JM Energy prices are competitive, and with them being pretty local for any after sales support, I think they are as good as you'll get.
We got the panels installed in Mid February, and even though this is a dull month for Solar panels, they are performing well.
After a lot of pondering beforehand, I think we made the right choice.

My PV system is just installed. JM were very easy to deal with and answered all the questions I had. I was nervous about roof alterations and new wiring but my fears were unfounded. It really is a lot neater than I thought it would be. The tradesmen put me at ease and explained everything they were doing.

We are really happy with the attentive, personal and efficient installation of our solar panels from JM Energy. From start to finish the specification, price and benefits of the panel and battery solution were clearly outlined to us and the timely updates during installation made the entire process incredibly smooth. Very happy customers, thanks to all of the JM Energy team.

JM installed our solar panels with maximum efficiency, minimum fuss. Excellent service in every respect from John, Rachel and their team.
