Terrible service avoid avoid avoid no review low enough
Terrible service promise next day deliver nothing I called store was promised next day ,still nothing then was told Thursday it is not arrived asked for refund £350. Was then told it would be delivered between 11 and luch time still nothing .telephone requested fall refund .got to store to be told it's out for delivery.I told them to late as it's now gone 12.45 I told them no to late ..not waiting now as I have been fobbed of all week .was told to ring manager yes you guessed it he is not picking up still no refund .PLEASE PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD AVOID AVOID

Hi there. I think this review may be intended for another company. We have no sale that matches yours and no correspondence that matches your description. You mention that you went to our store, but we do not have any store in the UK that you could have visited, as our only store is in the Republic of Ireland. The gift I ordered originally came broken however the moment I emailed I got a response. They were so incredibly helpful and accommodating and had a new product sent out to me in the next day. I had a wonderful experience with this company and would most definitely recommend it.

Great Irish products and service
I've made a number of online purchases, all the orders were delivered really quickly each time. The loyalty points were an unexpected bonus.

Hi Archie. Sorry this returns process hasn't gone smoothly for you. I believe you have been in communication with our sales team throughout the process. As they have said, once we receive the clock and can confirm that it is defective we will happily issue a full refund for both the clock and the cost you incurred sending it back to us.
Unfortunately we have no way to track the delivery you sent on our side and only you can use the tracking information you were given when posting it, to see where the parcel is now and when it will arrive. Parcels can get delayed from time to time in sorting warehouses for a number of days, but you should be able to find its exact location using your tracking information. As soon as it arrives back to us we will be in touch straight away.
