Sadly the item was too big, had to be returned. My only problem with buying on line is that it is quite expensive to return. Went along to my shopping centre and bought boots from a shop, tried on made sure of the fit, no problem.

I cannot believe they have the cheek to charge £4.95 postage for delivery and then make you pay for the return.
The postage was more than the sandals cost.
I won't buy from them again.

The shoes were too small despite the fact that 6 is my usual size. I paid for returning them but I understand that thus is not refundable. This outs me off buying from this company again. It's a shame as the staff are very nice and helpful.
