Don't buy without a Joe Fraser survey
A fully comprehensive survey that is easy to understand with photographic evidence to back up the findings. The surveyor was also readily available and willing to discuss in depth the report which was very helpful. We have used Joe Fraser twice now, the first one prevented us from making a purchase that would have been a costly mistake.

Great comprehensive report
The report is excellent with photos showing areas of concern. The surveyor was happy to have a phone call to discuss the report and put the faults in perspective. Great service. Reasonably priced.

Meeting Joe was a pleasure. A very professional surveyor, polite, considerate and very honest. It was as if he had lifted a great load off my shoulders with the problems I have had since March. I am not a builder but suspected that the work was done just as Joe reported.? I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional surveyor.
Now I must wait and see the outcome. Thank you again Joe.
